I can't express how thankful I am for such competent service. The mechanics are not only a pleasure to speak with, but also extremely knowledgeable and honest, which is extremely hard to come by nowadays. In addition, the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend The Toy Factory Auto Repair enough. Great job fellas!
First, I'd like to start with Carlos and Izzy. You are not going to find 2 guys with more knowledge, ability & integrity in one place. I guarantee that.
I had an issue with an engine replacement (effected by another garage) that I spent over a year trying to rectify. I was told over and over, by numerous mechanic shops and techs, that there was nothing that could be done to alleviate the situation and that I would just have to resign myself to live with it (that as both annoying & unsafe in its nature) or go for a completely new engine replacement.
Long story short, Carlos & Izzy did extensive investigation into the problem, came up with a solution and not only remedied the situation but also addressed a couple of other unrelated issues that were plaguing me.
I would, without hesitation, recommend these guys to anybody requiring any type of vehicle maintenance or repair.
A shop that will not only solve your problems but also go the extra step by taking care of every detail. From cleaning the headlights after an oil change to being very reasonable with price. No other mechanic provides that extra mile of service like the Toy Factory.
Overall, great experience. I’ve had my car worked on numerous times at this facility and always left satisfied with the work. I 100% recommend coming here.
Excellent service had an issue with my corvette with the fuel pump the original OEM pump was installed by the Toy Factory and noticed a big improvement in performance. Thank you so much guys
