We had our family together for dinner & to celebrate our daughter's 21lst birthday. Her celebration just happened to fall on first Friday fish fry and it was spectacular!
The staff is attentive, fun & on top of it. We had a bit of a wait on our food (that required the fryer), as they had more orders for a bit than fryer space but I'm telling you, no one minded because it's well worth the wait & they kept our drinks filled!
Overall it was a successful night.
Best steak night anywhere in the area. Taco Tuesday is superb. Honestly all the lunch and dinner specials are spectacular. Coldest beer around, great drinks. Honestly can't say enough about this bar. The best local watering hole by far.
GREAT "off the beaten path" bar & grill. Food was made to order. Burger was hand pattied (which is rare anymore) seasoned & cooked to perfection. Completely worth the drive to this little town in the middle of nowhere for food & drinks which is only a 15 min drive from the west edge of I55. The owners were both onsite friendly & made us feel right at home. I cant say enough great things about this place - we will come back soon!
Great service. Good food. Friend ordered horseshoe....it looked so good I was envious. I did the Taco Tuesday special. Was surprised how big they were for a lunch special item. Can't wait to go back.
This is a nice little bar. Has one pool table. Enclosed smoking area. Friendly staff. And occasional live shows. We often go to watch Into The Fury perform. It's always a good time!
Great place to go for drinks with adults. but went tonight with my family and the atmosphere was allowed to get so vulgar I will not bring them back.other customers around us were also complainingabout vulgar language on the jukebox and by customers that was left unchecked. Even though it is a bar / grill until the children have left it needs to remain a place you can take children. Not to mention that portions were small and took over an hour and a half to get food. This is not the normal but was not happy
Family friendly, goes out of the way to take care of you. Food is great! Specials are soooo good. Community and school oriented. You can take your grandkids through your grandparents there and all will feel comfortable. Sunday cheeseburgers yummmm
The most wonderful hideaway in Illinois with awesome food and specials. The owners make you feel like family and treat you with care and kindness. Heartfelt love to the Andersons and thank you for being a part of my life!!!
