I had a bad tire on my way home from Oklahoma. it was late in the day almost 5:00 pm. I'm not from here I live in Dallas TX. I called several tire shop and they said they were closing at 6:00 and couldn't wait to help out and get me a new tire. I didn't get his name but the Tire shop- Denison got me a new tire and took care of me even though he was going to close. He said come on in. So he waited I made it there and bought my new tire I'll probably be back for 3 more. Small tire shop good inventory well-maintained facility.This was the bad tire in the picture. And the new tire. To the Gentleman who helped me out Thank you!
The gentleman working here is amazing! Very outgoing and courteous. The tires are not only affordable, but of excellent quality as well. This is the best tire shop in Denison by far!
Mo provided excellent customer service. I was paying for a family members tires OVER THE PHONE and he walked me thru the process. My family member got their tires and I am a happy customer. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping us.
I went there and purchased 6 Arttuo Trail Blade A/T 265/70/17 a week ago ! I had a vibration in my front end so I went to Str8Line Alignment to check alignment ( spot on ) no issues other than them telling me that all of the tires were way off on balance and all tires have what is called road force issues which means they are not symmetrical (out of round tires). I had an appointment this morning @ 10:00am to have Moe the owner’s brother to look at them with paperwork in hand from front end shop. He said that they always say that ( str8alighnment ) ! Upon arriving he / Moe could remember that I had an appointment this morning 5-7-24. With that being said he had 3 other clients scheduled for this morning even though no one was there or came in the whole time I was discussing this issue. New appointment 05-8-24 @ 10:00am lol
I called Arttuo customer service they told me to go to one of there big box store’s Discount Tires in Sherman the would definitely resolve this matter !

Great place over all. Really did a great job on both my truck and my wife's car. Hooked us up in and out really quick and did an amazing job. Then the next week they did my dads rims and tires and he couldnt be happier with them either. Recommend them for all your tire and rim needs.. and will send everyone that I know to yall for tires or rims. And the only place I'll go for all my tire needs.
