We had a Ploughman's Platter with a bottle of house wine all for £25. It was amazing. The wine complimented the Platter perfectly.
A delightful pub in the centre of town, a great atmosphere and an excellent selection of drinks on offer.
The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Rhian, who makes you feel very welcome.
Great place for watching sport,Cheap beer, Quiz on a Sunday night.
Very nicely decorated pub, one hand pull ale that was very good.

Long and narrow bar, divided into 3 parts, including pool table section. Various keg beers on offer and one cask beer (although room for more cask should the need prevail).
Friendly bar staff and customers. Quaint traditional wooden decor of Yorkshire Town pubs. Didn't notice food on offer but worth a visit.
Didn't eat here was just out for few drinks.
Was a lovely atmosphere...felt comfy and at home....will definitely go back.
Was in a strange town, l like to see people enjoying themselves. Everyone seemed very jolly, so, l was too.
