2/3 meals were overcooked. When the waitress came over to ask how our meals were we explained the problem with them. Very little was said and she disappeared. I could tell immediately the negative feedback wasn’t appreciated.|When it came to asking for the bill I asked for my son’s meal to be knocked off as he barely touched it. She explained she would need to speak with the manager, I said I would quite happily speak with them. When I then went to bar to pay - which was full of people - I felt humiliated in asking what the outcome was. I wasn’t able to speak with the manager & she said I could have a free pudding. There was no apology or kindness from her. We had waited an hour for our food to come so weren’t prepared to wait for a pudding.|The total lack of customer service means we will never dine here again. I would avoid.
Stopped off for drinks after a walk late Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly, and we were served quickly. Made the most of the warmer day and sat outside
Brilliant place to stay , can't fault this place at all, nice rooms with comfy beds, and an amazing shower, staff very friendly, and the food is second to none, great portions, you no you've had a good feed , Lee and Rhys , ride safe arenas Burnley lads
Lovely village pub, great service from really pleasant staff. Room & bathroom immaculate & nicely furnished in a country style. Bar & restaurant area really nicely refurbished too & a good atmosphere to sit and chill with a drink and have something nice to eat. Quality of food very good, both breakfast & dinner.
They even have the most adorable pub cat, Garfield, who loves a fuss.
We stumbled into this excellent place on our way to Mount Grace Priory- decided to have a quick pizza and beer. The service and atmosphere were fantastic and pizzas were excellent. It has recently been done up going by the furniture and feel of the place- really nicely done and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.
We revisited TTTI for an evening meal.
What a shocking disappointment!
The tables were dirty and there were dishes, cutlery and glasses that lay uncollected. Staffing at the bar was almost non existent and there were a number of irritated customers.
Toilets were neglected and unclean.
The few staff were not sufficiently responsive.
This establishment, clearly, did meet the requirements of Wetherspoons or customers. URGENT ATTENTION IS NECESSARY.
After a Walk, Refreshment was needed. Loved the casual ambience of this Pub/Restaurant.
A warm and friendly welcome by the Staff. Really tasty food coupled with great presentation.

Exceptionally lovely conditions - perfect for stay away. Dog friendly, we had the best tiny 2 room apartment with balcony, kitchen.
