A very nice Bar and Grill... would definitely recommend it. The Cheese Curds were amazing and the Hamburgers were delicious. It was very busy, but our food came fast and the staff was very kind and efficient.
The tacos were good. The chips and salsa were a weak effort!!!!
$11 for chips and salsa like these? Chop up some tomato and onion!!! Or charge what it is worth ($3)

A classic place in Rochester to grab a bite to eat or a drink! Great service and great food. They also have a location north of town, go check them out!
First time here. Large restaurant with lots of rooftop seating. I came on a Saturday night and was able to see myself right away. The perfect place to have dinner on a warm summer night. Took a little while to get service, at least 5 minutes before a waitress acknowledged my table.
Large beer menu, 25+ on tap, extensive cocktail menu. Ordered a beer and it came out with a bunch of flecks on the bottom. They said it was something with the keg but I've never seen that before (she did offer me a different beer if I wanted). Told her I would look at the menu and took another 10 to 15 minutes before she took my food order, she was around but took a while to come back to my table (which sometimes happens as a single patron).
Got the wings and the tater tots. Nothing too write home to. They don't do half and half wing flavoring unless you order them off the side. I got buffalo. The wings leave something to be desired. They honestly have more breading on them than they have meat. But they were crispy and had plenty of sauce. The tater tots are basic, not seasoned, and the green onion topping did not appear the freshest, it was a very pale green/white, which just makes it appear less appetizing.
If it wasn't for the rooftop, probably wouldn't come back, but only if I came with a group of people on a special occasion, would not be a regular stop for me.
Parking is slim but worth the walk. You walk in, and it's divided into the bar or a quiet side. They also have outdoor patios. Great booths that offer privacy and quietness. We ordered the All In Burger and Chicken Tacos. Great pricing with a reasonable portion on the plate.
My husband and I love the Tap House! Today we sat outside on the patio and my mom was with too. It was an amazing afternoon. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone from town or visiting!
First time here. Sat on the rooftop. Not much for bourbon but plenty of beer options. I ordered a War Pigs Fuzzy Geezer. Great tasting IPA and I will order again. The chips salsa, queso and guacamole was good. The guacamole was the best of the three. Service was great and friendly.
Best cheese curds, huge order (and we try them everywhere we go!) best fish tacos, best old fashioned. Loved the cranberry margarita special. Huge selection (50 taps!) of beer. Friendly service. Thing we didn’t like: that we live two hours away and can’t visit regularly.
