Brilliant little tea shop right by Weymouth harbour!
Paula and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and served up some delicious cakes.
We had coffee and walnut cakes, a cheese scone and a Dorset cream tea (the cream of which was absolutely stunning! ????)
Even took some extra scones home for after!
Best wishes to Paula and the team at The T Shop - definitely worth dropping in and getting stuck into an afternoon tea!
Walked all through the town to find a tea room, after many disappointments we found the T shop and it was a real delight! The scones were delicious and a great size. The atmosphere and service was the cherry on top!

Visited this lovely little Tea Shop today and as the weather was good we sat outside. We had table service from a pleasant young lady and ordered two cream teas. The service was very fast, the food was good and reasonably price. The tea came in a large pot, enough for 3 cups each, with pretty china cups. We will definitely visit again.
We are a family of five, we visited today 26/07/2023 and sat outside on the pink table. We waited a very long time for some kind of service and there was none. There was an older man who came out and didn’t acknowledge us then the two servers walked past six times and there was no acknowledgement or even a hello. Very rude and bizarre. As we left the two servers laughed amongst themselves. We left and went to another tea room a 5 minute walk away.
Great position, great food and excellent service. Only downside no toilets - need to use nearby public toilets.
Lovely tea served in a pot with a China cup and saucer. You can tell the cakes are homemade. The scone cream tea looked amazing. And look out for the window display, this changes regularly at the moment it Alice in Wonderland.

We have been staying in Weymouth for ten days (July 2023) and we have been to the T Shop a couple of times during our stay.
The setting is lovely, we sat outside with views of the beautiful harbour.
The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We ordered apple cake, cream tea, tuna sandwich, prawn sandwich, coffee, tea, etc and all were delicious.
We had such a lovely experience and we can't wait to come back to the T shop again.
