Ordered at 730pm last night. Order arrived at 10:15pm. Choc fudge cake ice cream tray is totally different to how it used to be. Cake in tray was dry and like a brick and half the amount of cake you used to get. Asked for choc sauce on cake tray. Didn't get any sauce at all. Milkshakes were OK but again, no where near as good as they used to be. App offered 25% off but it wasn't letting us order through the app. Phoned to ask if they would honour the 25% on cash order. They didn't. All in all, won't be ordering from here again. Massively gone down hill since new owners. I appreciate they are still finding their feet in regards to delivery times etc but everything has completely changed in regards to quality of orders. Such a shame!
Ordered for the first time last night through the sweet retreat app and everything was bang on.
Sweet box couldn’t close it was that full and the milkshakes was great.
The waffles was bang on for £5 full of Bueno and sauce no scrimping on the toppings.

Only been here once but will definitely be returning. I ordered a large pick n mix and a Bueno waffle, oh my word! It was absolutely amazing, and great value for money for the amount of stuff you get. One of the ladies who work here even rang me up to let me know my order was going to be a bit late, even though it was only 6 minutes late in the end. I will definitely be going back for more waffles???? Thank you so much! 11/10
Ordered for delivery for the second time and wow! Hot cookie dough n Ice cream is to die for. The sweet box was filled with all our pick your own sweets. Our new fav place for. Treat. Delivery driver was friendly too
Fast delivery, good choice of sweets in sweet boxes. Order came 35 minutes early.
Ice cream trays and box waffles was amazing! Full of sauce and stuff on top.

First time in ordering from the sweet retreat, will defiantly be ordering again. The milkshake are amazing and the ice cream sundaes are massive, well worth the money. Also highly recommend the doughnut dipping box.
After seeing lots of great reviews and pictures on Facebook I downloaded the app wanting to order but after noticing the shop was only 10 minutes away thought it would be better to take a drive down to look at the selection of sweets and ice creams as the app isn’t very detailed. I went in and a lady came through from the back and asked if I had ordered. I politely said that we hadn’t and was told we’d have to wait 25 minutes as a walk in. 25 minutes for an ice cream? I was then asked whether we would be waiting. Both the app and Facebook says walk ins welcome. I always understand that you do orders in time order to an extent but 25 minutes to pour 2 mr whippy’s into plastic cups? Clearly need more staff and education in customer service. Don’t recommend.
Ordered desserts sunday night. Last minute got text to say was cancelled. No reason as to why, and would be here next day. Its only just been delivered at nearly 10pm. Aero cheescake(awful not proper cheesecake, tasted vile and was mushy.). Icecream all melted. The only decent thing was the bag of sweets. Very dissapointed. What you get isnt the same as photos. ????
