Our first experience- the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I got the white cheddar Mac and cheese with brisket and my husband got the Philly chicken sub. The Philly chicken sub had so much flavor as well as the brisket and Mac n cheese. The portions are good size for the price of the food, and the wait time was not bad. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. They made polite conversation and were very easy going. I highly recommended this place. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.
Food came fast! There were toys for the three year old boy to play with and even though he didn’t eat there as soon as we got home he enjoyed his food! Such a great atmosphere very family oriented. If you have kids totally recommend they can play you eat and it’s nice. The servings were large my sub was packed! Fresh and crisp veggies. Just All around amazing.
My husband and I had the #9, the Mac and Cheese, and a strawberry-banana smoothie. It was all amazing. The smoothie was light and fresh and my husband raved about the crispness of the veggies and the flavor of the meeting. It’s my husband’s new lunch spot. We also tested the coffee and it was amazing.
I got the club sub and I wanted to get a picture of it because it was absolutely loaded and looked amazing but it smelled so good that I demolished it before I could and now there’s nothing left to take a picture of. 10/10 recommend! I will be back to try more subs and the froyo. Very nice management and amazing prices!!

The food itself is very good. When I go to a locally owned business that serves food, I always expect the quality to exceed what you would get from similar fast food. The Sub Shop squashes any similar competition.
I will definitely return and try another menu item! The Chicken Philly was delicious!
First time getting food there! Very busy at lunch time. Still didn’t have a long wait. Food was very good. I had the sourdough bread club sandwich. I like the gluten free options. Parking in the back and front. Will definitely be back.
Everything about this place is great! The subs, paninis, mac and cheese, frozen yogurt - everything is so good and the staff and owners could not be more friendly. Excellent food and customer service every time I’ve been, so happy to have them in Caro!
