the lady was really nice ! i have came here before and i loved it. but i came in and asked for a trim, the lady had a hard time hearing me it seemed? her name was tana or something. but i had a shag layers from before and jus needed some trimming. she did trim it but it looks very botchy! and it looks like i have a bob cut with some long hair in the back. i do wanna come back just maybe with higher hopes next time.
So I stopped here while traveling. I explained to the team what I needed and they weren't on board at first this was 40 watt bleach on scalp. But, they did do 30 watt on scalp and my hair came out just what I wanted it too! They are all also friendly and the price was much lower than I had expected! I adore this place!

Had a 1pm appointment. Arrived at 1250 pm , said hello. Both stylists were with other clients. 145pm stylist told 2 other clients that it'd be a while as the other stylist had to finish coloring job , then cut my hair. Left just after2pm without a hair cut , never to return again. Over 70 minutes without being told anything about how much longer the wait would be. Very poor customer service. Why would someone make an appointment for a time when they would be busy with someone else. I understand running late but not communicating with a waiting customer.... that's just poor business practices.
Amanda is always amazing. She listens to what i want done and makes it happen. It feels magical to look in the mirror after she is finished!
