Came here on a recommendation from friends and was not disappointed.
The first all looked so good so we went for a Pit Tray to get a bit of everything, it was all so tasty, moist and tender and we didn’t think we were going to manage but we did! Everything was hot and fresh so took about 35-40 minutes to get our food.
The service was great and everyone was friendly.
The music was a great mix of 80s and 90s, the restaurant is in the old train station so it’s a bit oddly shaped and long but it’s very quirky with nice bright lighting. The view was great from the windows.
Went on a weekday in the evening with a couple of friends. I've been looking for some proper BBQ food for a while and unfortunately this isn't the place for it. I ordered the brisket with sausage and fries. The sausage and fries were okay but the brisket was so dry it looked like a couple of slices of leather. One of my friends also got the Mac and cheese and they said it didn't have much flavor to it. Really disappointed as I've heard off others that this was a good BBQ spot. Service was great but the search continues for the dream BBQ. FYI what you see in the picture costed £20 so up to your discretion if you think the value equals the food.
Enjoyed the meal and cheerful service at this unusual restaurant on a rail platform. Crevette main was very reasonably-priced at £17.50, though slightly overcooked, but would go back just for this. Large portions. Follow the signs to the car park which is beyond the parking for the railway station.
My wife & i went here on Monday & i must say my wife booked it & i was very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, Nachos for Starters, my wife had the garlic Prawns, mains, my wife had the ribs & i had the cajun chicken. All was im my opinion absolutly excellent. The service was carried out by a group of very nice & professional young ladies(maybe im just getting old) who could'nt do enough for us. Its a very cosy setting & relaxing, the price we paid for our meal & dinks i think was quite reasonably
The only thing i would say & its a small thing, the lights above the table were a little bright, maybe turn them down as the evening comes for a bit of ambience, i would still definitely come back.
Cosy and unique eating experience nestled directly next to a working train station. Attentive staff, diverse food options and good taste. The price is also reasonable and very competitive. Would go again!

This was previously the station building, but it's now run as an independent cafe that is decorated using reclaimed furniture from old railway coach's.
The burger I had was literally the best I've eaten anywhere. Juicy, tasty and well presented. The service was attentive, friendly and helpful.
Such a lovely experience from start to finish.
I'm told this place is run by young people just starting out in life, so really worth supporting if you can.
If they carry on like this, I see a bright future for all concerned. Well done!! ????
I would like to times the 5 stars by 10 and times it by 2 which equals 100stars. First time to this restaurant and WOW ????. The meat was the best I’ve ever eaten and my wife said it’s the best burger she’s ever had. It’s very good value for money for the quality you receive. Great setting inside and very cosy. Easy to find with on site parking available. We will definitely be returning here. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Great menu throughout. This is a must visit.
Incredible smoke house burgers! American diner vibes with an extensive smokehouse menu of smoked meats, burgers, shakes and much more, I had the double stacked American special and it was amazing, hand made brisket patties, smoked bacon and lashings of American cheese. You can even take a seat on the scenic railway platform. Great selection of drinks, massive gin and vodka selection. A must for that American burger diner experience right in the heart of the broads!!
Oh and all burgers are half price on Mondays!!!!
