Wow! Truly excellent pub. Only open around 3 years (formerly a night club), but as a proper traditional pub. NO food, but offers live and recorded music, pool and a convivial atmosphere. Great place for well kept beer (Inc 2 vegan friendly ones). Usual only one on cask - presently from the Plain Brewery - but served in superb condition. The landlady is welcoming, friendly, and convivial, as are the local patrons. Definitely on my "must do again" list.
Absolutely wonderful pub! The land lady is very welcoming and it has a lovely friendly atmosphere. There beers are kept really well and the prices are very good overall. Pool table and a juke box, and live music weekly - definitely worth checking out for either a cheeky afterwork pint when you've got off the train, or for a longer session in the evening with chums (you'll also make friends here, the locals are lovely!). LGBTQIA+ friendly! ☺ ????
Went for a gig night, fantastic atmosphere, music great. Would definitely recommend this place. Only downside was the space available standing room only!

Fantastic local pub with some of the most welcoming customers and staff I have met. Always organising events and fundraisers and never miss a chance to have a good time. If you step through their door you are part of their family.
Love the place! Just how a local should be. Great atmosphere and always a warm welcome. Often some form of live music but never too loud that it kills conversation

Vicci has made The Stallards such a lovely place to spend time in great company. An amazing landlady who is so welcoming, Bertie the pub dog is gorgeous and very friendly ????.
