First rate customer service on the phone, needed a few minutes to look up parts - said they would call right back and they DID. I own an auto repair shop and unfortunately my customer decided against needed repairs, so I didn't have a need to make a purchase. But will definitely call again when the need arises.
PS They had everything in stock for a 20 year old Chevy truck.
Walked in to get u bolts made for a Ford truck. The gentleman inside had to make then special for us and still had me rung up faster than I could get fast food. Thanks great shop and great people! Only cost me $17 a bolt with hardware! A++
I have taken my spring problems to Automotive Spring for years and wouldn't even think of taking my spring work anywhere else. Keith has the expertise other shops wish they had. Heavy loads are tough on springs. Thank you my friend. al bragg

I was in the area for an event and on the drive out from CT, the leaf spring on one side of my trailer broke. I called around to all of the trailer repair shops in Peoria, but none of them could fit me in for up to two weeks! Luckily I stumbled upon Automotive Springs, and not only did they have the parts I needed in stock, they were able to fit my repair in the NEXT MORNING!
