The restaurant is in the Fir Green Pub, which I searched for on Google maps and couldn't find. We called into this quaint pub/restaurant one evening mid week, as was staying close by and received a warm, friendly greeting on entering. Both bar staff chatty, interesting, professional, genuine, kind and welcoming. The manager/owner? even shared some of his tasty chips with us. Love these kind of pubs, especially when you can walk in the next night and they remember what your tipple is. The Spice Exchange menu looked interesting, lots of different curries at very reasonable prices, some English meals too for those who can't manage spicy food. I live in Birmingham and am well versed in curry cuisine and can honestly say it's one of the nicest curries I've ever had, plenty of meat, onions and peppers and a perfect mix of spices and it won't break the bank. What a find!
Just had a fabulous meal delivered. Amazing food, full of flavour and taste..especially the Tandoori King Prawn. Delivered on time and hot! Would thoroughly recommend and look forwards to our next treat. Thank you.
Lovely welcoming atmosphere with a real wood fire. Staff were very friendly and not pushy when taking order. Very good food and good value for money. Looking forward to goung again.
First time we use the takeaway delivery service, Best Indian food since we left London 5* Service and food, and we would definitely call them again.
