First time here and won’t be the last. We’re (Florida Natives) but new to the area. We decided on The Social for dinner and drinks. Everything was awesome, fresh and tasty. We sat in the upstairs patio area which made the vibe that much more refreshing. The service was a little slow to start but it appeared it was partly to a shift transition. We will definitely come back.
A nice place for all American comfort food. Apparently they're fried food is absolutely on point. I had the fried Mac and cheese which was light, crispy, cheesy. The meatloaf sliders were basically tender thick burgers but they absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend. I went in the afternoon, can't say anything about it as a music venue, as they have a stage. Highly recommended.
A guy took a pic of my friend & I at the bar and we didn’t notice. The bartender Sami, came over to us and asked if we knew him and let us know. The bar was packed and she was still vigilant on creepy behavior. I’d go back when she’s working knowing she can spot things like that! It made us feel so safe. The buffalo chicken Mac was also outstanding !!!! Live music was also great. Older chill crowd!
So this seems to be the local spot. If was very busy. There was a live band. I was impressed by their bourbon selection. They had some high end selections. Their cocktail menu is very fun. Try the pecan old fashioned. It has such a great maple flavor. As for the food, there was a couple issues, but they were quick to fix it. The Tuscany chicken Flatbread was a crowd favorite. The sweet potato fries were very fresh. The vibe is super cool. I love the upstairs and the game on the projector was amazing!!!
The Social NPR continues to impress with the outstanding service and delicious menu. During a recent visit with friends, the staff's kindness in assisting us with a stroller showcased their exceptional hospitality. For Vegetarian options: all of their burgers can be made vegetarian. I had the Goudzilla Burger and it was delicious & tasty, I'd love to see more veggie patty options besides the Beyond Meat (maybe portobello mushroom burger?).
The Mimosa Salad and Avalon Salad were refreshing and filling, though a side of crispy baguette slices would be a nice addition. Don't miss out on the sweet potato fries—they're a must-order! For drinks, the Tropical Lychee cocktail is a refreshing choice. Overall, Social NPR remains a favorite spot, and I can't wait to return for more culinary delights! Highly recommend 10/10 especially upstairs on the rooftop bar!
Nice little spot to hang out with family and friends. They also have rooftop seating. The service was great, the food was good. I'm not a big fan of pork, but my husband ordered pork and nachos for our appetizer, and omg, it was amazing.
Smelled the food while delivering for door dash. HAD to come back, and order the dish I kept smelling on the delivery. The downtown pasta did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing. Blue cheese burger and kettle chips were also delicious.
I've wanting to dine at The Social NPR since they opened. Finally got the chance, and it did not disappoint! I had the Korean BBQ tacos and the pineapple fizz. Both were amazing!
