Went there to celebrate my birthday tonight and my steaks was over cooked. Even after telling the waitress the only she could say was sorry. She asked for done not cremated, the other was supposed to be medium cooked but it was well done as well! Like we spent almost a 100$ on something we couldn't even eat. The only thing that was good was the loaded bake potatoes!

Ordered online. Went to pick up. Paid for it. Waited twenty extra minutes before someone asked how they can help me. I said I was still waiting for my To-go order. They said oh yeah it's ready! Got it back cold (onion rings and french fries soggy etc.) and all three orders were incorrect. I couldn't accept what was given because of allergies. I politely asked for my money back because of how busy they were and how long we have already waited. They refused a refund and said the best they can offer is a small discount. I said well nevermind I'm sorry can you just remake the order then? They did and when the second attempt came out they burnt it the buns!! I said I'm sorry I didn't mean to make the chef mad but can he just re toast the bun so it's not burnt please? You don't have to remake the whole order I just need the buns not burnt. Then someone came out with the same order and some buns taken out from the FREEZER!! I said ma'am these buns are frozen and she said yes that's what customers get when they don't want it toasted with the biggest meanest attitude. I am not a difficult person and I was polite the whole time. I even apologized for THEIR mistake. Even the customer standing next to me was chuckling like man no one would eat a bun that burnt. I'm shaking from the horrible way we were treated here. I will never eat here again!! Zero stars and I'm telling everyone I know to never eat there.

Edit: my son ate here and still suffered an allergic reaction even after I explicitly told them what ingredients to avoid. I feel like they assaulted us on purpose because I sent the order back :(

I ordered chicken fried steaks. They were over cooked. Crust was so hard couldn't eat afraid o breaking a tooth. All crust no meat hardly. For 32.00 it was a rip off. I will never go back to this place. Yall have been warned. Save your money

Never was brought any rolls even after we asked fir them. the lettuce in the salad was so tough I couldn't chew some of it Also the prices are too high for the quality of food and service. It seems this place has not kept the quality they opened the doors with. A lot has changed since it was new and not for the better. I hate that , cause i loved it when it was a new place.

By far my worst restaurant experience to date. I always feel low for having to post something negative, but something has to be said. If you like being disappointed continously followed by angry service when asking for correction as well as not being able to give the food back and request a refund, then go ahead and risk it. Don't say you weren't warned. I will never return. Good music though.

Immensely large order of onion rings on the appetizer menu, but they were amazing. We shared a catfish po’boy and it was phenomenal. Fries were perfectly cooked and the seasoning was yummy. The bread on the sandwich lived up to culinary memories of N’Awlins.

We are coming home with most of the onion rings and couldn’t finish the fries. Service was excellent and the waitress was friendly.

First experience at The Smoking Bull great! The doors opened up a little after 4:30pm and we were seated right away, though not a lot of space for motorized wheelchair patrons.

Drinks and appetizers came quick. I recommend the shrimp poppers. Ceasar salad was delicious, potato was loaded with cheese and bacon galore, steak ordered MEDIUM was close to perfection! A tad salty in my opinion. Overall a tender yet juicy hunk of beef. Yeast rolls with a side of honey butter.
