Absolutely brilliant, popped out at short notice to check my car, very pleasent, knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, would recommend him to anyone, will certainly take my car to him in future.

First time I ever used this garage but won't be the last. Absolutely brilliant will not be taking my car anywhere else in future. Richard sat there and explained everything to me in layman's term's. And his prices are so good. One very happy customer.

Like other reviewers, I have used Richard's/The Smart Workshop's services for a decade since buying my first Smart ForTwo. Annual servicing, breakdown repairs, advice and general all-round sound help, fair pricing and expert knowledge on Smart. I wouldn't go anywhere else (and don't know where I'll be if he retires before I do - or at least before I stop driving a Smart!)

I would never go to any other garage for car repairs. The owner is honest, genuine, reliable and extremely knowledgable. He also goes beyond what he needs to , to help you by researching on your behalf to find solutions to problems. Clear invoicing to itemised labour and part costs, no hidden information, old parts shown as evidence of replacement

Thoroughly recommend this garage and couldn't be more happy with the work that has been carried out on our vehicles to date.

Richard is very knowledgeable about Smart cars but also works on most other makes. Smart Workshop is a one person business so occasionally Richard is unable to get to the phone immediately but keep trying.

A real Smart specialist who properly understands these, sometimes, quirky cars. Better and probably cheaper than your local Merc dealer and a good chance that the job will be done right. I'll always be taking my Brabus Roadie here in the future.
