Locale piccolo e molto colorato. Le ordinazioni vengono reinterpretate dal personale, le ordinazioni arrivano modificate. Ottima frittura.
Cibo ottimo, servizio simpatico e prezzi davvero ragionevoli. Da andarci almeno una volta quando si va a Firenze.
Sono stato con 7 amici s mangiare, tutti i piatti erano squisiti , anche i gestori molto gentili ci hanno offerto al termine amari e grappe , definirei unico ristorante non turistico in piazza San Pier Maggiore .
Cibo ottimo e genuno come il titolare!

The worst dining experience we had in Florence. I do not ever write bad reviews for people but, I am not exaggerating when I say I will tell everyone to not eat here.
It started out okay, the server was kind and explained the menu and there was a sign on the door that said they take all credit cards so it seemed like a good spot. We ordered a few plates of pasta and an appetizer. The waiter said great, he would bring all the food at once. Then, when 30 minutes passed with no food, we asked for bread. He said okay, left and came back 5 minutes later with bread and gave it to another table. Another 5 minutes and we asked again. 10 minutes later he brings us bread.
50 minutes into our meal the cook comes out to tell us that only one burner is working so that is why it is taking so long..... a few minutes later they bring us some bruschetta and the server says “free. On the house for the wait”.
Over an hour into the meal our first pasta dish arrives (our appetizer never came). The next three pasta dishes come out in 7 minute intervals. We weren’t in a rush, we kept saying “it’s okay”, we were just glad we had food.
We finish eating, get our bill and we were charged for the appetizer (that we never got). When we told him we never got our appetizer, he says the bruschetta WAS our appetizer. We reminded him he had told us that it was “on the house”. He goes back to talk to his manager and comes out to tell us, the bruschetta was not free and that it was our appetizer....
To top off the evening, we hand him a credit card and he says that the card reader isn’t working and we need to pay with cash.... why he didn’t say this when we sat down, I’ll never know. We tell him we don’t have enough cash, we only have a card. The server got annoyed until we got lucky and one of us remembered that he had extra money in his jacket. Then the server didn’t have correct change so we had to swap around money between us until we gave him exact change and could leave.
It took us nearly 2 hours to get our food single dishes at a time, we got charged for something we didn’t technically order, and used all our extra cash to pay for the bill.... they didn’t offer to take anything off or even an espresso.
Save your money and eat at Conad City. The food and service are better at the super market.
