I can't rave enough about how awesome this place was! Stopped in after finishing up moving into the area, and I had a craving for a Shrimp Poboy. It definitely exceeded expectations. Our host was so friendly and informative. He gave us several recommendations of must-see places in the area and was just a great conversationalist. My partner went with the Crab cake Sandwich and she absolutely loved it. If you've seen this place and thought about stopping by but haven't, this is your sign to do so. Great southern cooking!
Very delicious homemade food. Gumbo is delicious and shrimp Po Boy sandwich is extremely delicious. Highly recommended!

First time here. Some of the best French fried shrimp I’ve had. Lightly battered and cooked perfectly. Coleslaw was excellent as were the fries. I will be back
Dropped by around 230 for a late lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and discovered it was taco Tuesday, they had a great deal for two tacos either fried fish or shrimp that comes with a side of coleslaw and fries and hush puppies for $10… i’ve gotten shrimp and fish tacos from all over the country and this was definitely top 10% and quality and a phenomenal price, highly recommend this place and a quiet little area just east of Alberta and I plan on coming back again to try more food on their menu!!
The family looked very familiar, as if I had encountered them at another restaurant. Looking at a few of the other reviews, I may have known them from a previous restaurant that they own in Gulf Shores called the drunken shrimp. These owners were horrendous, rude and deceiving.
The food was not original. I can get fried food from anywhere.
The decor was not charming - it was more tacky than anything. I will not be eating here and wasting my money again.

My wife and I stopped for dinner last Friday night. The food and service were excellent. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer is a MUST order and is a great deal. We really liked that there were non-seafood options as our daughter doesn’t like seafood. So, there’s something for everyone.
