Absolutely the best experience I've ever had going to a mechanic.
These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and respect my time.
I asked them to replace a part I thought was bad, they found the actual problem, called me up, explained everything to me clearly and asked what I wanted to do.
I told them I was only able to be without my car for one day and they had it done by 3:30 that day.
10/10 I will be going here for any future vehicle issues I have.

I’m not one for reviews, but there’s no way I can’t say how awesome these people are. During my drive from Michigan to Arizona, my wheel bearing went out on my 2015 Ford F250. I called them 30 minutes before they were closing, still being 20 minutes away, they got my information, and ordered the part for it. When I arrived they got the truck taken apart, and ready for the new part to go in while waiting for the new part to arrive. New part arrived, i paid them and was on my way. This was possibly the easiest encounter I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I meant to leave a review then but I had forgotten when I made it to arizona.
The main reason for leaving the review now is that the part they had replaced failed again, nothing that they did, it was my neglect for not fixing the other issues causing it to go bad. However, 5 months later i need to replace it, there’s a 3 year warranty on the part, but the auto parts store couldn’t seem to find the warranty so I called them and they were more than willing to help sort out the issue. I really cannot thank the folks there enough for all of their tremendous efforts to help out a complete stranger, but I hope that this is read by somebody, and helps them make a decision to have work done on their vehicle. All around great company, great people, great work, and great prices.
My wife's car was leaking oil they got the car in, diagnost the problem, and fixed it in no time. They really know what they're doing. I would recommend anyone who needs car repair or service to go to The Shop.

Went in for a safety inspection. Before going my husband and I checked my son's car for all the requirements. Everything worked fine for us. I get there and the multifunction switch ended up broken and the high beams got stuck on. No fault to them though cause I adjusted the steering wheel to take it in and apparently the switch fell off the rod inside the steering wheel. It took 2 days for them to get back to me with a quote of $375 to replace the multifunction switch. I decided to call other places for a quote and was pleasantly surprised that Tri-County Firestone only quoted me $150 it wasn't even the multifunction switch it just needed set back together. However even if it would of been the switch I was still quoted $150. So it pays to shop around cause the price was less than half and I was taken care of in a timely manner with Tri-County Firestone. Not necessarily calling this place out for price gouging but from $375 to only $150 at the place right down the road yeah I'll take my business to Tri-County Firestone from now on and I hope others reading this will atleast call them and get a comparable price quote for their work needed on their vehicles before deciding to do business with The Shop.
