We wish we could go back!!! We are traveling and like to try fun new places. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere is fresh, clean, and bright. Our server, Talia, was the best!!! She was very nice and helpful with great suggestions when we were torn between an entire. Everything was perfect start to finish, my drink was excitingly aromatic and tasted just a little too good, I ordered three! The three of us enjoyed the appetizers, the wings and especially the chicken skewers! To die for. My mom did make note that the pizza she ordered was fabulous, but it was missing the chicken she asked to be added, which the intention of pointing it out was only to have it come off the total, because she loved the pizza without it either way. The staff was extremely understanding of the mixup and were beyond accommodating. We loved everything and usually aren't one to post, but we wish we could return! Thank you again for our experience
This was the best meal I’ve had all weekend while visiting PA from NJ this weekend. The chicken and waffles were the best I’ve ever had! So flavorful and the chicken was the perfect consistency and juicy. Everyone loved the breakfast pizza and was blown away by it. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed with great music and cool decor. The staff were so nice and friendly. Can’t wait to go back! There is so much more I want to try on the menu!
our server Sarah N was exceptional. Very friendly and helped me with my food allergy. She took it seriously and helped me make choices. I have been in food service my whole career, and she impressed me, which is hard to do. The food was perfect. I had the vegetable lasagna, and my friend had the salmon. We didn't leave a morsel. Will definitely be back.

Love this place
This is one of my familys new favorite places to eat! We came here the first time for Mothers Day Brunch. I had the Chicken and Waffles and they were to die for! Last time, I had one of their burgers and it was absolutely delicious too. Staff is friendly and it has a cool atmosphere.
Firts time at Shelby's. So many good healthy choices. The salads ???? were tasty, fresh just great and you had the protein you want if you want to. Inviting place, great and friendly service. I will return.
Had dinner on Saturday night over Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant was very busy, but somehow, the hostess was able to seat my daughter and I right away, which was a pleasant surprise! ???? To begin, we ordered a Caesar salad to split, which was delicious (not too much dressing)! Then we had a regular cheese pizza and the Shelby burger. Both were outstanding, but the pizza was particularly good ???? Our server Brooke provided amazing service! ???? She was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and even took the time to wrap up our leftovers for us (which is rare these days)! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the Allentown area! ????
Always enjoy their brunch! I love the chimichanga; it is so tasty, especially the pica de gallo and pepper blend they add on top. I usually can't finish it in one sitting. My friend LOVES their brunch pizza; definitely enough food to share.
Big fan of their drinks as well - I especially like the cold brew beverage. Atmosphere is great and the service has always been great. I like their menu and variety of offerings; I think they have a unique selection of foods which I appreciate. I'll be back!
