I went here twice. The first stylist was very through and while it took a long time the color was good. $120 …. Pricey but she did a good job so I rebooked. About 30 days before my next appointment, I was notified that stylus was no longer with them, and that my new stylist would be and they gave me her name and reschedule the appointment. I kept the appointment for a Roots only touchup and this girl was a hot mess. It’s still cost me $110, and not only wore my roots done my ear was colored my forehead was colored my shoulders were colored . She did to prevent my skin from being stained, and she did nothing to clean it up just told me to apply lotion for a couple of days it should wear off. Needless to say, I will never go back to this salon.
I have multi textured curly hair. I gave Julie three chances to cut my hair because I know it takes time to get to know someone's hair. Each haircut was worse than the last. Today she cut my hair way too short when I told her I just wanted it cleaned up and the layers to match. She complained about having to cut curly hair. I will never go back. It was the worst haircut of my life
I am very selective about stylists. Due to scheduling issues I found this salon and Julie cut and styled my hair today. She listened to me and cut and styled my hair perfectly, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
My special needs two year old had a great time having his first salon haircut here! All the ladies were attentive and super sweet with him. He was so happy he was even dancing while leaving the shop.
They have improved their donuts from when I went there a LONG time ago. I gave it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The donuts are fresh and their Bavarian donuts are filled now, not just a squirt of cream, but actually filled. You come away feeling that you have received your money's worth.
I pretty much felt unimportant here. Felt I was rushed out the door.. I tried to make conversation a couple times with the stylist and felt she was uninterested in doing so. The haircut wasn't the worst that I've had but it also was not what I had shown that I wanted. Blow dry was sub par. I left with the top part of my hair frizzy because it wasn't blown dry correctly and efficiently. I had a shampoo, cut with layers, and blow dry style done in 40 minutes which is great it you are looking for a quick haircut. I personally like it when the stylist takes the time to get the haircut and style right. Time and attention is key. I'm not saying you have to take all day but at least to try to make the client feel comfortable. This is just my constructive criticism.
Grace is absolutely fantastic! She’s dyed my hair multiple times and always does her best to give me what I want. Not only that she is an honest hair stylist that will actually tell you whether or not you need multiple sessions to achieve your goal in order to protect the integrity your hair and to keep your expectations realistic. To me honesty about the price and goal it takes to get there is important. Will continue to go back. I have also used Kira in the past before she moved and the same would apply to her. The ladies here are overall fantastic and I’m glad I found them.
Rose has been doing my hair for a few months now and I will never use anyone else. She never misses! I have never been happier with my hair after being in this area for 25 years. I finally found my lifelong stylist! 5 stars!
