The Service Center provided world-class service. They immediately helped us troubleshoot an unexpected obstacle, and not only helped us find a short term fix, but called ahead to another shop to help us with a long term one. The service was with a smile, great knowledge, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Leghthy read but worth it.

2006 Ford F350 w/slide-in camper.

Upon leaving the Colorado City KOA headed south on I 25 had an intercooler hose come off while headed up the "hill". Unfortunately it had to be the hot side where too much is in the way to easily service on the side of the road. Search for "garages near me" and "The Service Center" came up as closest luckily for me as truck was in limp mode. Easily made it to their parking pad and was greeted with a smile and compassion for our woes. Within minutes Bryan was out to check to see the issue and managed to make room in front of one of his bays to rectify the situation. In doing so he allowed me to check on what else he found concerning; oil in the intercooler tubes of both hot and cold sides. It would appear my flatland turbo had had enough of the mountains. Within minutes Bryan was on his computer checking for availability of parts and how long the replacement would take. For peace of mind Bryan assured us we could stay the night and he would get started first thing in the morning to get the turbo in and us on our way. Within minutes of the shop opening up the next day Bryan was well on his way to removing the old turbo. Within 2 1/2 hrs we were buttoning up the hood ready for road test; the same hill that done us in. I am pleased to report no issue that time. Bryan also showed me the issue with my old turbo and some other minor issues he had found with other things while under the hood which he also corrected. Highly recommended Bryan and the team there. I do wish I lived closer so they could be my shop of choice.

Been there many times - always great customer service with updates and explaining vehicle situation. Prices are comparable. Erica, the owner, has gone above and beyond to satisfy me and my situation. Will continue to support them.

While traveling from out of town, we had an "oil minimuml" warning light turn on. Easily found The Service Center en route. Their team helped us trouble shoot, topped us off, and safely sent us on our way. Professional, honest, efficient. Would recommend. Thank you.

I run a towing service and had an issue with a tow truck on I-25 while loaded with a customer's vehicle. I searched for somewhere to get me patched up so I could finish my run. I found the Service Center on google and headed that way. To start, these guys were very helpful and kind. They understood the importance of helping people and not treating them like a number. They did everything they could do to get me moving again and did just that. I was able to finish my trip and get my truck home safely. Truly a great experience and wonderful family business.

I-25 was closed due to the train derailment, and the alt route ruined a brand new tire. The Service Center quickly replaced my tire with a quality used tire. They were friendly and fast. They saved my road trip. Thank you!

These guys were so amazing. They came with a toe truck to help us and got us to the shop. Worked on it really fast and got us back on the road. We came with a camper. They towed both back, and even retooled the camper up wbefore we picked up the truck. They were amazing courteous and very helpful.
