5+ star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ , I came in last min needing a trailer brake controller installed on my van so I could take my kids out on our very first camper trip . Josh at the service center was top notch even though it was last min and memorial day weekend he took care of us . It's hard to find someone who will treat you like a human now days and not as another dollar . He got everything I needed and installed 4 hours later I was in the van heading away . The service center fair exceeded my expectations after being told it couldn't happen this week and charge a arm and a leg as well . If you want good people and quality work this is the only stop you need to take , the mechanic Matt also showed me how to adjust the unit cause he could tell I am new to this .

I enjoy giving credit when it is warranted. The honest and courteous staff at The service center fixed my window issues with routine maintenance and created a more comfortable ride for my family. They are military and customer-friendly. Thank you so much for your support!

Excellent work - repaired Nissan truck that the Nissan dealership stated was unrepairable and did so in short order and not so much cost. I've learned my lesson - should have gone there first. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

This is the first car mechanic shop I've been to in warner robins that I felt that was upfront and honest. I took my vehicle to the car dealership service center and was still experiencing issues (smoking from the vehicle hood) and was charged an exuberant amount of money for the repair.

I heard of The Service Center (TSC) from a coworker. I bypassed the dealership and went to TSC. Unlike the dealership service centers, I spoke directly to TSC mechanics and he told me exactly where my repair went wrong, the next steps to take, and how long the repair would take. Also the cost of the repair was a third of what I paid at the dealership.

No issues to date from the repair at TSC. I won't be going back to the dealership for any repairs. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest mechanic.

An honest and reputable automotive repair shop is about as scarce as hairs on top of my head but through trial and error, I’ve finally found one. The Service Center at 1250 S. Houston Lake Road has earned themselves a new customer for life. Josh and his crew of competent technicians will take great care with your vehicle. Not only is he the owner but he personally oversees the evaluation of any potential problem you might be having and will not lie about the cause no matter how simple and inexpensive the fix might be. I dare you to find another repair shop that will not gouge you to death with fabricated problems that don’t really exist if given half a chance. What other shop will tell you that the cracking/popping noise coming from the front end is nothing more than a loose nut on the tie rod? Nobody, that’s who. You’ll end-up paying nearly $1,000 for a CV axle you don’t need. While my vehicle was under Josh’s care another vehicle scraped across my rear bumper leaving a good sized gash. Rather than ignore it, they stopped the driver of the other vehicle, facilitated them accepting full responsibility and TSC is replacing the entire bumper free of charge. Not trying to fix it mind you but replacing the entire bumper! You just don’t find that kind of honesty and integrity everyday. If you need any mechanical work performed on your vehicle, take it to Josh at The Service Center and rest easy knowing it will receive the best service possible.
