Waited half an hour then the waitress came out and said they had to send someone to the shop to get sausage.waited for them to be cooked. Order slightly mixed up,but soon rectified.Toast for 2 of us arrived not for other two. In the meantime someone came back with loads of shopping from farmfoods. We asked where our other 3 toast were. So they took a loaf out of shopping and off they went. Eventually bought us 2. Asked where the other one was and another apology,but we said to leave it as we'd finished. As about to leave 2 more toast arrived with another apology. Fawlty Towers came to mind.Food was ok,nothing to rave about. Will not be returning
not a bad pub cheap beer & staff are very friendly.loys of beers to chose from at reasonable prices.updtairs is now a cafe called gully's. Went to the cafe upstairs, food was excellent & at a great price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great place to bring kids of a day time if interested in pool???? you have to have kids out by 9, not too bad as there is other things to do and other pubs if need be. Fantastic pool table, darts area also. Nice pint in here also.
Great dog friendly pub next to a great camp site. Didn't have food but it smelt great. Right near Jodrell bank and lots of cyclist
I would like too say thank you for putting on a Halloween party for children.My 5 Grandchildren that attend really enjoyed themselves.The staff were top notch considering how busy they were.I didnot eat here so could not give a rating for food.
Food was giid value vasic pub grub chef even did a couple of sausages for the dogs FOC which was a lovely touch we did try to pay fir them but he was having none of it bought foid but had 3 drinks each

Firstly you had to order food upstairs which wasn’t helpful when you had 2 people in your party have disabilities.
Secondly you wait nearly 1 hour for the food to come out and when you ask how long it would be because the children kept asking the chef or so he claims to be was rude and told me it was made from fresh produce. The beef patties and the chicken burgers was shop bought as you could tell by the taste of them. They clearly wasn’t fresh.
Finally the chairs in the bar was dodgy, it felt like the chairs was going to break.
I would never eat or recommend this place.
