My boyfriend and I came came here after camping near by for the night (we like to check out at least one local spot when visiting a new place.) It was delicious. I had the Skillet Scramble (half portion) and he had the "Just Right," we also shared a half waffle with blueberries. We both had coffee, their mugs are bigger than you average restaurant offers. Service was great, everyone was friendly. In my opinion, the pricing is fair, everything is made fresh and cooked to order. Would definitely recommend the breakfast here if you're passing by.
They do only take cash and checks, no cards...although there is an ATM (literally) around the corner.
Nice friendly staff and clientele. Food was great. Prices very fair. They always have a special that's priced very very fair. Decor is super duper.
I had the special which was chicken salad with lettuce and tomato in a spinach soft tortilla wrap with crispy French fries. The food was delicious and filling. The service was friendly and fast. The cafe was clean and comfortable, good music not too
loud. I would go there again.
No complaints. Got the oatmeal for about $5. It came with a small pitcher of milk, some brown sugar and raisins. That, coffee and my breakfast companion were a perfect way to start the day. Definitely recommend. Note, they only accept cash and check.
Friendly staff and generously sized coffee mugs means you always have plenty of java to keep you going. The menu is simple but satisfying. I had the Country Breakfast with eggs, pancakes, and sausage. They also had delicious looking pies but it wasn't in the cards for our breakfast. Very economically priced.
They had great breakfast food when I went, and the service was very fast. They do not accept cards though so we had to around to the convenience store for an atm. The food was fresh and tasted really good though. The prices are moderate but worth the money.
I didn't love my BLT, but my daughters' food was quite good, and i can tell it's a pretty darn good place. Service was super helpful with me having two slightly demanding kids and all. I found the prices just a tiny bit high for rural MN, but maybe I'm just living in the past.
Very poor service. It was the first time in 15 or 20 years that I did not leave a tip. I asked for water.
The waitress brought me a juice glass of lukewarm water with no ice. We asked for coffee and our food came before the coffee. Our food was good but it was only a sandwich and a pickle spear, no chips or anything. I was eating the second half of my sandwich and nearly done when the waitress came and asked if I needed a to go box. They were closing and I guess they wanted us out of there. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my life. There was a table of 4 seniors next to us. They did NOT get rushed.
We were nearly done at 2 PM but the waitress mentioned we could have our coffee in a to go cup. Of course, we did not get a refill.
Swedish hospitality, I guess.
I will not go back because I did not enjoy myself. We were rushed and never able to relax.
There is a lot of competition for my food dollars.
My companion thought they closed at 2:30 but they closed at 2:00.
When we came in they should have mentioned they would be closing in less than 30 minutes.
They could have a policy, no seating after a certain time.
