I had the most INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE with master stylist Lauren G ! She is EXCEPTIONAL with color! she took my dull, uneven brassy hair to vibrant- beautiful multi-dimensional beautiful colored hair. I have to be honest- this is the first time I have stepped out of a salon and have been given compliment after compliment about my hair color. Thank you Lauren!!! (The before and after photos)
I have been a client of Cactus Dix Hills and Carol Renee for many years before the salon moved to the new location in Commack. Everything about the new location is incredible. The decor is modern and inviting and the front desk staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Carol Renee always evaluates my hair before services and is more than happy to listen to what I want and then decide on a plan together. I am more than satisfied with my color and have had people comment on hair regularly. I always give credit to Carol Renee! Go to the Salon and visit Carol Renee. You won’t be disappointed!!!
I ended up being late unable to find the salon. The sign outside wasn’t totally clear and I felt terrible! Staff was totally understanding and welcoming. Kim at the front was beyond friendly! Cat did a phenomenal job. I didn’t provide her any pictures and gave her free range w/ a general idea for my balayage and cut. I told her I like cool tones but feel warm tones with emphasis on my money piece looks best. She gave me the perfect happy medium and layers that can reach an up-do. Throughout the process I never felt like I was being rotated even at the wash sinks. You don’t feel forgotten about because staff and clients are always chatting and checking on you!!! My mom wanted to join me for a girl’s day and they even allowed her to sit and conversed with her the whole time. That was truly lovely of them <3 The salon itself is spacious with an abundance of seating which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 AWESOME professional staff. Cat did a wonderful job and knows what she is doing ????????
I absolutely love THE SALON it’s new and bright and very modern . Carol Renee has been doing my hair cuts and colors for years she the best ! She ha done many updos for me as well over the years . Kim at the desk has always been super helpful getting me in for an appointment a pinch with Carol Renee. Everyone is super kind, friendly and professional! Thank you for always making my day better!!!

absolutely love this salon. The receptionist Kim listened to what i was looking to get done. She was super nice and put me with Cat. Walked out feeling so amazing and refreshed. Got so many compliments from my friends. Will definitely will be a returning customer!
Gianna did a touch up and some curtain bangs. She listened to what I had in mind and executed it perfectly. My hair always looks gorgeous when I leave The Salon and I get lots of compliments. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
