Best KPortal Reviews
What a wonderful bistro! We loved everything about this restaurant:
The food was perfectly prepared (even my picky eater wanted more!). The ambiance was lovely inside and out. The owners and staff were all friendly and cared about our experience.
If you're ever near Hawkinsville, you just have to stop in. Actually, you should make it a destination: Come see a cute little town filled with kind people and enjoy an outstanding meal!
Had an amazing lunch! Black and Blue fries were delicious. Server was very attentive. I didn’t get his name but he “was on it”. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
The baked goods Lemon Cookies and cake balls were the best. Serving sizes were huge.
We will make the 2 hour ride down for just lunch. Worth the trip
A cute little spot on a trip through the town. Enjoyed a very nicely made, gooey pizza there, and enjoyed sharing the experience with the chosen family. Would definitely go back again, if not for the pizza and nice staff, for all the delicious looking sweets in their display counter.
My secret getaway. So relaxing and comforting. Delicious food perfectly prepared no matter what you get, great rustic country ambiance, wonderful customer service from everyone. Coming here for years, and driving from Atlanta because the experience is consistently amazing.
Well, what can I say about this restaurant. The ambiance was dim, with that home cooked feeling. Desserts were displayed wonderfully and were teasing us on the way in. Unfortunately, the food was nothing to write home about. My grilled cheese was pretty dry. Felt like it could have used a marinera base, or the usual tomato soup would have paired nicely. Salad was fresh and crisp with a flavorful thousand island dressing. Very busy, servers were working hard.
Everything LOOKS good but the textures are so off. I do not recommend any pizza. The crust is uneven and rock hard at some points. The sweet tea however was really good. Unfortunately I can't say that about anything else.
Chris really blew us away this afternoon. He is a phenomenal waiter. He really went above and beyond to make sure my allergies were taken care of. He is one of the best waiters we have had at any restaurant. We will be back because of his phenomenal service.
All of our food was amazing! Black & blue fries and shrimp corn chowder for starters were out of this world! Entrees crab cakes with cheese grits along with Philly steak sandwich with homemade chips were perfect! So many yummy desserts to choose from and white glove service from ALL the staff! We will definitely be back for date nights on Saturday!
