You won't be let down by this restaurant. The interior is beautifully decorated and smells fresh. The server was welcoming and greeted us warmly. If you arrive hungry, you'll have a tough time deciding from the diverse menu options. I opted for the potato egg Benedict while my husband chose the fried chicken bowl, both were exceptional in flavor and portion size.
Semi trucks can easily fit and turn around in their parking lot behind the restaurant. Great place to stop and eat right off the road. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was great andthe quality of food was exceptional.The food came out in less then 10 minutes and was hot.

We had a delicious breakfast! Everything was well prepared, tasted delicious and the portions were huge! Their home fries are one of the best we’ve ever had. Friendly staff, fast service. Will definitely stop by again for lunch.
My son lives in Sebring so we decided to stop in for brunch at the Roost! I’m excited to say it was a very good choice! Everything on the menu looked like something I would want to eat. For starters we tried the cheese bites and fried green tomatoes. Both were delicious, especially with the homemade Ranch!! Everything we got was delicious! I’m looking forward to bringing the hubby back on our next visit! I’ve included some pics of a few of our meal choices! Really nice staff as well! Loved the Roost!
8/25: 2Go lunches- 2 salads and a gyro.
All good. And i had the chocolate cream pie and it was good,. Not too sweet.
6/5/23 lunch to go - got the blackened chicken breast salad. It was good even though it was iceberg lettuce.
4/21/22 lunch to go- i ordered a chicken cheese steak with NO Mayo!
Came with Mayo on it :( also the bread for this sandwich was cut completely thru, not correct, needs to be a hinge so the food doesn't fall out.
3/9/23 back for lunch with Mom and a friend. Mom had the chef salad.
I had the mushroom and swiss burger, it was good. Service was good & friendly.

Brought my Mom to meet with her friend for a nice lunch.
This is a cool place and has a nice chill vibe to it. Plenty of ceiling fans for an even cooling of the dining room. My 95 y/o Mom didn't feel a draft (that's good right?).
The food was good and fresh. All three of us has salads. Decent portions and quality chicken on my salad.
Salads come with soup and it's a 'self serve soup station' , say that four times fast (nevermind it's easy, lol) so don't forget to get your soup.
Service was really good and they have the same modern point of sale devices that they use in Europe. So it's really easy to pay and split a check. (Pic)

Went in this morning for breakfast for the first time.My food came out wrong and then my daughter's ???? was hard so we asked nicely for them to make new bacon and was told that I would have to pay for more bacon... When I asked to Speak to owner she came out and didn't care that we weren't happy with our food.I told her that I would not give a good review on the restaurant. She waved her hand at me and said she didn't care..... When leaving she quickly went back to kitchen to avoid us. My family and friends wil never eat or support this restaurant!!!!
The food was great,hot and fresh. The employees were just happy and friendly. Im staying at motel next to restaurant and I called at 2:45 and I didn't no they closed at 2:30,but they still fixed me a to go order. I got a turkey bacon club and you couldnt take a bite of the sliced with one bite it's was huge, and delicious

Modern homey vibe, gracious and attentive service, generous portions at very reasonable prices, and the food was good! Could be the area's best restaurant for 15 miles or more. Know where you're going as the building is unassuming and easy to miss.
