Love coming here for concerts, have seen multiple artists here and it feels much more intimate than being in a huge stadium. The bartenders are nice and mix good drinks, the lines move pretty quickly and shows always start on time. Good lighting and sound crew too. Overall a really fun experience that I drive from Fayetteville to visit.
Pretty nice medium sized music venue. Beverages are super expensive but I suppose that's to be expected. A couple more snack options would be nice. Staff and sound was great. Thankful that they kept the bathrooms open after the show since I have a 2 hour ride home and didn't want to miss the end of the show.
Had an awesome time at The Ritz this past Wednesday, 5/15/24. The crowd was chilled and wild. Nothing More and Sleep Theory put on an awesome show. I can't wait for more concerts .
Lovely experience.
Didn’t like the huge pillars scattered in the room. If you got stuck behind them they blocked the view pretty severely. Recommend showing up to your show a little earlier to avoid that.
I appreciated that the stage was up higher for a venue with a level floor. Very spacious even with the pillars.
Fun atmosphere, standing room only for GA. Be ready to stand for 3-4 hours.
Drinks are a soft pour and expensive.
Concert sound and lighting was good.
Good experience overall! Only complaint is how slippery the floors were (which is to be expected at a City Morgue concert????).

The venue itself is really nice. But ticketing is confusing and a little frustrating. I purchased mezzanine access thinking I would get a seat, but it turned out seats are $100 extra and must be purchased at the venue. You also cannot go to the mezzanine even if you prepurchased it without waiting in the very long, slow line. No free water either and no beverages allowed. It was a great show, but also two opening acts meant for a long night. I think I will stick with other eTix venues for a better smaller venue experience.
Great place for live music. It's a smaller venue with an intimate feel. It is standing room only on the floor. You should be able to see the stage no matter where you stand. The upper level has standing room as well and seats for an additional upgrade. The seats cannot be purchased online currently, only access to the upper lounge. You can purchase the seats once you get inside.
