Table & chairs dirty.
Had Eds full breakfast. Most of it was cold. Did tell one of the staff who said "sorry".
It was our first visit to the Hub and it will be out last.
I do not recommend a visit.
I was disappointed about the price change but I'm over it now. Took last review down which highly recommended the place. The staff are great so is the food. Will return
Had a family breakfast here today. Very tasty and nice service from the team. Very easy recommend from us.
Went for food this evening food was absolutely delicious, my partner had the big Ed’s and he said it’s the best breakfast he’s had in ages and the sausage and chips are to die for! (They are Better than my local chippie!) I also had a blondie and ….. oh my god delicious!! The servers we kind and friendly and went the extra mile to help me.
Can’t wait to come back!
Very very poor vegetarian choices - so I opted for the cheese toastie and asked for chips with it.
At first the person who served me started to ring up my order and then a different staff member shouted "NO - WE DONT HAVE ANY CHIPS". The customer directly behind me ordered something with chips - and got them! I queried this afterwards and was told that there were no chips - only fries!
WHY NOT JUST TELL CUSTOMERS THAT CHIPS CANNOT BE SERVED WITH SANDWICHES!
I won't be visiting this Cafe again.
Coffee in the hub is excellent, served by very friendly staff, today it was Teah. She was very helpful and very accommodating to my preferences. Quality and friendliness is always 5+
We dropped in on spec yesterday for breakfast and we’re disappointed with what we received.
I had the ed diner big breakfast.
We waited a reasonable time for our food to arrive ,but I was diassapointed with what arrived.
The eggs that t received looked like they had been cooked a very long time before they arrived the eggs were hard and dried out and the bacon was over cooked and dry and was a very thin streaky bacon that broke up when you tried to cut it.
Sadly I had hoped for a good quality breakfast and didn’t get it.
Child’s hot chocolate was week and didn’t taste of any thing, asked to change it .. still really bad. And my Coffee only just warm tasteless not hot. Bad service two girls talking together while I was waiting to be served. Paint on walls on wood panels all over my 2 grandchildren. Get your act together it’s bad.
