Good service and atmosphere! Unfortunately our food was not good at all. Both dishes were extremely greasy like the kitchen used too much oil.
I could even eat the broccoli because it was soaked in oil. (See pics). Not worth it especially for the price.
The salad was good, drinks were good.
The food was excellent, loved the fresh ingredients. Some of the best falafel and hummus we have eaten! Good cocktail and draft selection. One draft beer took over ten minutes, they were Not busy. Our server preferred rolling silverware and hanging out with the rest of the staff than taking care of her one table, she was awful. The hostess helped us out the most, she was great.
I thought this place was great! I loved the atmosphere and the service. Great beer selection! I ordered the whiskey maple bbq Smash burger. My burger was good, but I was expecting there to be a whisky maple bbq sauce on It, and also, there was only a bite of the shaved steak in the burger. I was expecting a nice fat stack of shaved steak dripping with a nice sauce, but it was very dry. I got a Cesar salad on the side. I love that they use kale in the salad that was a nice switch up. I also got the New Orleans rum cake. It was delicious! I got a nice fat slice of cake with whipped cream on the side. It was boozy. I ordered a couple of brews that I was satisfied with. I will return but will order something else next time. The service was very good, the staff here was friendly and I felt welcomed.
Great dining option in Downtown Waterbury, VT. No wait time for dinner service which consisted of 2 people @ 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Allison was our server. She was both friendly & attentive. The Devil's Playground (tequila) drink was delicious. The chicken picatta with cheddar cheese mashed potatoes was very good! Entrees were served hot, seasoned well & served timely. Prices were reasonable. The menu offers a variety of food & drink choices. Good atmosphere, with tables & bar seating. We would definitely visit this establishment again.
Loved this place. Out of the few restaurants in this block, this had the most variety in the menu. It's one of those dark bar/restaurants, several TVs, seating at the bar, darts, and even a pool table! I had the soup of the day, broccoli beer cheese, and an order of mussels. Both were delicious, although the soup could have been hotter, the mussels were perfect and they use a lot of garlic, which I love. My sister chose the quinoa bowl which she said was so good. We also got an order of their mac and cheese to go for someone else, and they loved it. I would frequent this place if I lived there, cool joint!
Our server Dave was amazing! He gave great recommendations and was super attentive. Our food was very flavorful and we would definitely go back!
We found The Reservoir via Google after a long travel day. I have to say they’re amazing from the vibes to the service to the food 10/10 we will be back!!

Great food. Sunday night early dinner 5:30. Took 20 minutes to be greeted with 2 small children. Risky. The beer selection was stellar, waitress was friendly, only checked on us once. The food was great. I would go back. Hope the waitresses can be a bit faster next time.
