Classic. If you want a Supper Club then look no further. It is a bit like a step back in time but updated just enough to ensure great quality. The prime rib was bloody, the old fashioned strong, and the sides tasty. Don't miss out on the dessert. Service is spectacular and prompt. And the atmosphere is all Midwest.... and that is a good thing. It is what makes this place such a treasure.
This is one of the highlighted restaurants in the area, so I was very excited to check it out! They have a great selection of food from seafood, steaks and chicken. They have haddock 14 different ways, are you kidding me? This place has more seafood options than most in the area.
*Very friendly staff, food came out hot and quick!*
Decent selection of beers and bourbon! Also, their old fashions are fresh and muddled!
Another hidden gem. Got in just before closing and had the place all to ourselves. Started with some apps. Stuffed mushroom caps, fresh fried mozzarella and BBQ rib bones with bread. Starters were absolutely delicious. Main course for me was the Jurassic Pork with a side of French onion soup. One of the other gents with me had the Chicken Cordon Bleu with a side of shrimp. We decided to split our meals to get a little more variety. Pork chop was ginormous. Fully cooked and tender. I found a tad tad bit of pink but rolled the dice anyway cause it looked cooked well enough to me. Had great flavors and was very filling. So prior to digging in I cut a good piece of the chop and shared with my buddy. He gave me some of his CCB w/ shrimp. I thought I had a pic of the CCB but apparently not. Well served plate. It was even more delicious than the pork chop....there will definitely be a revisit of in the area.
Pretty overrated. Priced high. I came here today and got prime rib and my girlfriend had the veal. Flavor wise, it was good. But between the price and quantity, it's not worth it. The prime rib had a lot of fat on it and for $40+ for 16oz? Kinda crazy. At Black otter you can get 31 Oz for that price. Won't recommend
First time here and it was good. We had a party of 9 and we made reservations two days ahead of time for Friday night. I ordered beef noodle soup which was delicious. I also, ordered broiled scallops and twice baked potato which were good. My husband ordered the prime rib combo with cajun haddock and mashed potatoes. His only complaint was the mashed potatoes needed gravy or something. The bread was delicious with the whipped butter. The absolute best was the desserts! I had a lemon blueberry cake which was so yummy. The service was great and they were able to accommodate our big group. Overall, I would recommend and I would definitely go back.
This place never fails! 3rd visit here and just as good as the 1st. Made a reservation and got sat down right away. Order spinach and artichoke dip; It's a lot better spread on the bread vs. chips, still probably one of the best I've had! Old fashion sweet was decent. It could have been a little sweeter but still good! The 8oz tenderloin and Door county cherry haddock fillet were so good! Steak was cooked medium rare just like I asked, filled with flavor! Fillet was amazing as well! Service was very attentive. This place never disappoints! For what you get, the prices are spot on as well!
Just went here for Sunday lunch with a group of 4. Highly recommend! Early bird specials are a great deal. We all enjoyed our entrees and prices were reasonable given the portion size. Two people got mixed drinks and were very impressed with the marinated mushrooms (apparently made in house and available for sale by the jar). The two people celebrating birthdays in our party received free cake which was a nice touch.
Very tasty offerings at this Wisconsin supper club. We went for a family dinner and no one was disappointed with their choices. The seating and service wasn’t perfect but still acceptable. Would definitely eat there again.
