This inn has it all! First, the location so close to Niagara Falls State Park is amazing!! And you get free parking around back of the inn.|Second, the restaurant/lounge was excellent!! Great food for breakfast and dinner, and a great selection of alcoholic drinks to cool off with in the afternoon. And awesome staff too!|Third, our room was everything we needed, even with a fridge & coffee maker!! The staff even gave us a plate of cheeses, crackers, and strawberries....with a little bubbly in the fridge too! This staff thinks of everything and they were so accommodating!!|Great place to stay!!!
Absolutely lovely stay here in the Coventry suite with my husband! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. When you pay a lot for something like this, I expect an experience. Not a manufactured hotel experience that you can get anywhere. And we got a wonderfully unique experience!
All around a wonderful experience and exactly what we were looking for. I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff.
We enjoyed three nights in the Somerset Room. Our stay was perfect. The room was very clean and view as described. We were so convenient to the falls. Breakfast was made to order and outstanding. We also enjoyed two dinners at the restaurant. Again, we were well pleased with our meals. The best part of our stay was the staff from the front desk to all the restaurant staff. We are from the south which is known for southern hospitality, but Red Coach Inn gets a 10 out of 10! The location also was perfect for us. We were able to easily walk everywhere, including over the bridge to Canada. This was an anniversary trip and it was absolutely a most memorable trip. Thank you for the snacks upon arrival. They were much appreciated and just another example of what sets Red Roof Inn apart.
Amazing and quaint and great price. I have been telling everyone to go to see the falls and stay here. You can see the rapids from your window or if not, from the front porch. The Falls park just a short walk. The whole experience was grand and if I went back I would absolutely stay here. Great breakfast too. We got a two room suite with 2 bath rooms. A delicious charcuterie snack was in the fridge. We ate that in front of the gas log fire-lace. I love old places with character and this one |had that in abundance and was well cared for.
We went for a short getaway and couldn't be happier with where we stayed. The room was large, with a separate sitting area complete with a fireplace and two small sofas. The king bed was really comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets for our electronics. The included breakfast was truly excellent, with many options to choose from-all of them delicious, and the wait staff was top rate. But the very best part was the location, right by the river, within easy walking distance of everything. We parked the car and never moved it! Instead, we walked to the Maid of the Mist, the Aquarium, and all over Goat Island-and we were able to return to our room for a short lunch rest each day. If you want to experience the beautiful parklands and the majesty of all three falls, you couldn't pick a better hotel than this!
We stayed 5 nights in the Sheffield Suite. What we loved was the clean room, comfy beds, location is fantastic, breakfast was delicious and customer service was outstanding(besides the check in gal who told us we were an hour early so we’d have to pay an extra $50)! Nothing is perfect and thats why I didn’t give it 5 stars! It’s old and we had a child upstairs and the floors are creaky and the child was noisy jumping up and down like they had a pogo stick! And having to carry your luggage from the back of the hotel to the front when we had my husbands helicopters with us was a lot! If I had my choice however we’d stay again! Thank you for such a nice comfy and clean place to stay!
Very nice stay with a comfy bed. The room had a nice view of the upper falls and Canadian side city scape. Can't be any closer to the park. The hotel is 100 years old so if you want chic and modern this isn't for you. Appreciate you are staying at a historic inn.
3 of us stayed Victorian Suite. So close to the falls we didn't move our truck for days. Walked to the Canadian side. Water view out our window, could see fire works from there too. Best breakfasts ever, not buffet. We stayed 3 nights. Staff really did their best to keep us happy. We needed a pizza pan and they brought us 1. Hope to return there.
