Food was absolutely great. The hummus was extremely tasty. We had the lamb meatballs, chicken wings, calamari, and fries! Absolutely amazing Greek food. The ambience was great as well, our server Jarele was extremely hospitable and helpful! Great restaurant. They were also extremely serious about allergens and provide a different menu if anyone has restrictions and make sure there is no cross contamination.
A really nice place to go for a lite bite / lunch or evening meal. Whilst there are wide range of options (meat and non-meat) the vegan options we had were extremely tasty, taking us back to wonderful Greek experiences, and I'd happily go back again. The service was good and staff friendly, catering for all ages and group sizes.
I have been here many times and it’s been amazing, even recommended it to people but after my last visit, never again, disgusting doesn’t even cut it, I had the chicken rice and pitta bread, all stone cold and just rubbish, my little girls food came and I wouldn’t have fed what was on her plate to my dog, it was awful, I sent it back and they just returned it heated up, never ever again, I left all the food and they just took the child’s meal off the bill. Disgusting and they have lost a customer
Tried Greek food for the second or third time. The menu is quite extensive with a lot of vegetarian options as well. Our server was really nice and offered good suggestions. The staff in general were really nice in general, making sure we were comfortably seated with our baby. A good experience all in all.
The hummus was really nice and the crudites went well with them.
Food was lovely the wrap needed a bit more sauce. Sal was great, good customer service from him and he really made an effort to look after our dietary needs, the halloumi popcorn is yummy ????
Was looking for somewhere different to have lunch on a shopping trip to the Trafford Centre, and decided to try The Real Greek! Was welcomed by a very cheery and friendly Greek waiter and seated at one of the outside tables straight away. I'm not all that familiar with Greek food, but this waiter was really helpful explaining the various dishes to me and checking that I had no food allergies. Very quick service and some nice extras, like the jug of water you get with your meal. The lunchtime menu has plenty to offer, including souvlaki wraps and also a vegan menu. Ordered a Greek plate: a loukaniko beef and pork sausage skewer with Mediterranean rice, flatbread, Greek salad and tzatziki (a mild yogurt and cucumber dip). The sausage was very flavoursome if a bit on the chewy side, and the salad was fresh and tasty. Good portions too. The Makedonikos red wine was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. Finished with portokalopita orange cake topped with vanilla ice-cream - a delicious treat and not too heavy - and a Greek coffee. Altogether a very satisfying meal, though not cheap. The atmosphere was vibrant and friendly. Two ladies on the next table told me they were frequent visitors and were working their way through the entire menu. A good recommendation! Would happily return to try more Greek dishes myself.
The food was amazing, if slightly cold because the whole place is cold in Trafford centre. I was very surprised as I wasn't expecting to enjoy this place. 5/5
The prices seem a little steep but nothing too bad.
However, we would not return because of being put on the spot when paying "do you want to remove the service charge that's automatically added to your bill?".. I'm not against tipping at all but when it's done in this way it feels like begging, and they KNOW it puts people on the spot and makes them feel like they have to say yes and thats why they do it.
Our Server Mel was excellent and went above and beyond for us as a family! Really enjoyed it! Thank you and we will be back! The Greek Salad was 10/10
