Cracking pub, great pint of bass, lovely landlady, great pool table, yes there are many dogs with locals but they are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go again!!
Amazing family and dog friendly pub, lovely warm atmosphere with fantastic people and always a great laugh. Best pub in Ashby by far. Doesn’t really serve food but the cobs and crisps are smashing!!

What a treat. A truly traditional pub with everything you could ask for. Cobs on offer, retro crisps and a great selection of draught beer/cider and bottles. Lovely friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Would love to transfer it onto the middle of Nottingham because we so lack a traditional pub, there's nothing like it.

Great little neighbourhood pub, friendly atmosphere good conversation with few beers on tap and a selection of spirits and wine. This little pub has everything full sports coverage on 2tvs dart board and pool table. Everyone is made to feel welcomed
