Pub crawl on Wednesday 28th June, drank in every pub in Burnham on Crouch so I think I am qualified to rate this as the best (of 9 pubs). Nice to chat to a regular Camra member in there who lives a few doors away - hope he has a good day out in Arundel etc ... please note this may be the only pub in BOC that doesn't offer food.

We had a great time here from what I can remember the guvnor and he's misses are simply the best ???????? highly recommended
Fantastic Pub. Relaxed atmosphere, brilliant staff and encompassing for all. Great selection of beer, guest ales, largers etc. Beer garden very clean and tidy, benches are brand new and an under cover area outside.
Had a fantastic night at Queens Head on Friday. Went there to see the Song Doctors, who were playing that night and were just fantastic. We don't live in Burnham but felt welcome in the pub, and Jon and his staff were just the best! Thank you for a great night.
The landlord made us feel so welcome. Great pub locals friendly and a fab pool table. Dogs allowed in too.

Popped in to watch the Euros. Excellent table service provided by the team, it has a real violate pub feel. Free sausages to soak up the beer was a nice touch! Dog friendly. Has an outside drinking area. No cooked food but they do offer cheese rolls, pickled eggs and onion, nuts and other bits! Well recommended.
Such a welcoming bunch of staff and patrons. I popped in on a Tuesday to find a group of people playing guitars, banjos and tambourines in one corner. Turned into a good old fashioned sing song. Great atmosphere ????
