Everything was delicious and unique ! The blueberry preserve chicken liver pate was awesome ! The deviled eggs with a bourbon maple flavor was great! Our duck meat loaf and pork shoulder entrees were divine ! The matcha olive oil cake with goat cheese ice cream was also a perfect ending - not too sweet and delicious !
Did a dinner here for my husbands birthday tonight - it was excellent! Super friendly staff, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were amazing. 30/10 stars. Grateful to our server, she kept up incredibly well with a 9 top and was on point. I am super grateful for the wonderful experience on my husbands special day ????????
Comfortable dinner with terrific meal options. Salmon cooked to order, steak salad and Mac and cheese were all delicious choices. The iced tea is freshly made and delicious too. Even the kids meal was great. Excellent family or get together with friends spot.
Visiting from Denver for one night and had dinner here. Delicious food with a nice vibe, lots of light and views. And a first for me with Parmesan pork rinds made to order! Everything going by our table looked fantastic. They have food runners so meals hit the table piping hot. We had the half chicken and this thing was SO tender and juicy! Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time.
Attentive, warm team - I believe at least three people helped serve the meal so everything went incredibly smoothly. Got lots of recommendations from our server for our visit in Glenwood.
The food was inventive, creative, and fantastic. A small issue with our salad was handled by the team with grace and really amazing customer service. We got drinks, an app, a salad, a main and a dessert (plus a bonus dessert) and they all showcased the talent of the kitchen.
Definitely returning and recommending to my friends and family.
Had an amazing dinner at the Pullman while visiting Glenwood. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting and was packed for a Saturday night (reservations recommended). The food was phenomenal. We ordered the house truffle fries as an app and they were delicious. The Elk Bolognese was the perfect amount of elk flavor without being overpowering. The Squash Agnolotti was rich in flavor without being too busy with all the ingredients. We ordered the Butterscotch Budino to go and it was a perfect end to a perfect meal. Service was exceptional. Shout-out to Janey for being so attentive and making our night special.
