Bought my son's first car from the Pre-Loved Car Company in January after seeing it online. The car was prepared really well, they sourced a missing parcel shelf and 2nd key and they also carried out additional work for us as well at a reasonable price (changing the clutch). The buying process was smooth and unhurried. The guys there are really friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good, therefore, I would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Volvo from Pre-Loved and I am here to say I am appalled that the car was sold to me with a leaking windscreen. The car was returned three times all of which Pre-Loved couldn't find the leak! When I still insisted it leaked they asked me to put it on my insurance and they would pay the excess! Which they did do eventually.
In the past four months I have spent nearly £1000 on a car that was sold to me apparently in a safe roadworthy condition. Ha, what a joke!
I wouldn't purchase from them again ever! Thank you for your reply.your reply about spraying the car to find the leak in the windscreen and the sunroof is strange as the car doesn't have a sunroof. And the water you used must be different from the water I used when I washed the car for the first time Which is when I told you where it was leaking from after your 3 failed attempts to locate it!!!! Why would I bring the car back to you to get the other faults fixed when they where safety issues if u carnt fix a windscreen leak.
I didn't have a great time with Pre-Loved cars. On first coming up to view a Berlingo driving from S London I found the car undrivable as the clutch was really high to bite. They told me all Berlingos were like this and I replied my 3 previous cars were Berlingos so I knew how they drove. They said they'd get the clutch fixed so I thought great I'd have a car with a new clutch. A week or so later I got the tain back up, tested the car and was happy as they were nice people. 5 miles down the road at a petrol station the car was immobilised, I called them up and shortly after the car started. I was desperate for a car for my work and they assured me it was because the car had been sitting around not being driven. Luckily it got me all the way to London and then my problems really started. It was immobilised again and I took it to my garage, who said there was a problem with the throttle body. We changed the throttle body and the car worked, we were going on holiday not using the car and when we returned it stopped working again. We sent off the ECU at great expense and couldn't find any fault. We changed the throttle body again. In the end I had the car taken back to Pre-Loved Cars and the fault was a £12.00 micro plug to the throttle body. I lost nearly 10 weeks worth of work. Pre-Loved are nice people but they should Pre-Check their vehicles. Warning signals should've gone off when I noticed the clutch was really high and they tried to fob me off with a lame excuse. I should never have returned. I still have the car and it's working well touch wood, but really, pre check yr vehicles people.
Had a very good car buying experience at The Pre-Loved Car Company.
Found them online and saw a vehicle that ticked all the boxes that we required. I made an enquiry and had a response within an hour or so.
Initial contact was with a guy named Louis who was very helpful and generally a pleasant person to deal with. And later down the Line we tied up the sale with Grant, who is also a lovely guy, who you can tell takes pride in the delivery of good service.
I'd certainly recommend their business and I am very happy with the purchase of the vehicle that they sold to me.

I recently bought a car from this company and I'm well pleased with the product. Very professional service. Will highly recommend them.
AVOID!! Purchased a car here and spent over £1000 in repairs so far, not to mention car needs a new clutch and flywheel which is another £2000! They will make up any excuse not to fix it and gas light you into thinking there's nothing wrong with it. Don't trust these guys and shop elsewhere.
I bought my car from here last year, its 100%.
Had my M.O.T today, fantastic service.
