If there was a 0 star option that's what this practice deserves. Dr Esmaeili is a shame to the NHS and he fails to take care of people attending the practice. Makes you feel like a burden instead of listened to and the results unfortunately are that your condition gets worst. My daughter was prescribed an allergy relief medication when she had a significant chest infection and needed to be hospitalised with oxygen and IV antibiotics because of his negligence. Please avoid and spread the word.
A total shamble. If you are lucky to be seen be ready to feel guilty or feel like the problem it's just in your head. My daughter been admitted to hospital for 3 nights after we ve been given wrong medication for 2 weeks, chest was clear according to Doctor Esmaili (not sure if is a doctor or it does casual friday all week long as doesn't dress or groom like someone from nhs) chest was so clear that the following day my daughter had oxigen and iv antibiotic for chest infection in St Peter Hospital.
Good practice if you wanna receive piriton or allergy relief medication as seems only prescribed these one (start to think they get money to push certain medication)
5 years ago I rated it 1 star. They never answered the phones and we're always rude and grumpy. Nowadays, they answer the phones and everyone I have spoken to has been kind and helpful. Well deserved 5 stars.
Receptionist Mr. Jai is the only who helps the patients.
Some Doctors are good and some are rude and unprofessional.
Went there to see Dr Choudry. My experience was shocking. He was so unprofessional and was very dismissive. He wanted us to get out asap when asking questions he looked very annoyed. This is an embarrassment for NHS and for all the doctors. Not helpful at all please stay away!!!!!
Doctors are rude would barely speak a word with you and the girls at reception busy more chatting between eachother laughing then helping the people. Someting needs to be done because this is one of the worst gps I ever been too
Worst gp you can ever register in. The doctors and receptionists are so mean for no reason. I asked the doctor questions because I didn't understand his heavy accent and he was frustrated and told me he already told me 3 times. Told me what 3 times??? I have right to ask . Also btw if you suffer from mental health good luck getting any help there!! They always dismiss you because you ste young you are faking it. That's what I been told when I told them about my anxiety. The female doctor told me I am young and should go out for walks. This is vile and sick!!! Please save yourself from them!
O stars for this GP. It's already hard to get appointments in GPs on top of that doctors are very unprofessional and rude with no empathy and compassion. This is not my GP but changing my parent's into my GP now. I don't want my parents to suffer and mistreated in their old age with their bullying attitude.
