Nice BBQ in Disney Springs!
We tried the sampler and it’s great. The only thing I dislike was the sausage. It may be only me because my family eat it.
The sweet potato tots are awesome!
Was surprised to see this place had a Michelin star but after going, it’s easy to see why.
First off. The aesthetic and decor was really cool. Plenty of seating with a really nice bar.
The beer flight I got featured 4 really good beers and all the food we ordered was phenomenal. I strongly recommend the slider trio; all three were unique and packed with flavor. The brisket sandwich and sides were also great; you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
My favorite restaurant in Disney Springs by far!
For a quick service restaurant this place was great! We ordered the butcher board for two so we could try a little bit of everything. We added on the ribs. It was a ton of food! We also ordered the kids meals which my kids loved and filled them up. I ordered the brisket sandwich as well. Everything was great and full of favor. Would definitely try again.
Went here on a busy night, it wasn't clear to us newbies about seating and ordering, basically if a table has a reserved notice it means you sit there after ordering. Not the best if one member of the party is disabled and needs to sit first. Got sorted in the end, and the food and drinks were delivered very quickly. Amazing tasting food and drink.
We came to this place straight after we left Morimoto because the food portions there were too small and we were craving some barbecue for no reason????.
You order at the counter first, get one of those pagers that vibrate when your order is ready, and find any seat you like inside. They bring the food over for you. It’s pretty spacious inside and the whole place gave a laid-back vibe????????.
We got a Polite Pork Shoulder???? (pulled, with a side of Crispy Brussels sprouts), Fried Chicken Sandwich????(with a side of Mac & Cheese and Polite Waffle Fries), and a Hop Salt Pretzel???? .
The portion here was way bigger, super reasonable price considering the price points in Disney Springs, and we really liked the food. I especially liked the pulled pork shoulder that was very tender (The name of the place is Polite Pig, so obviously the Polite Pork Shoulder had to be good!) and the whiskey-caramel on the crispy brussels sprouts.
Stopped in here for lunch while shopping. Queue line up ordering style restaurant. Great BBQ/smoked eats. Draft beer selection along with patio seating to people watch. Brisket was really good along with smoked turkey sandwich. Best part about out all this is the beer to good as you can drink and walk the stores.
Super impressed with the Polite Pig! I am vegetarian and loved the sides - corn, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts- they were all hits! My son had the pulled pork sandwich and it was overflowing!
Some of the best food options in Disney Springs for sure — giving it 4 stars because I don’t like their premade cocktail options.
I got the sliders and Mac and cheese with an order of their watermelon feta tomato salad, which was so refreshing and delightful! Their Carolina bbq sauce is pretty great too.
