So I just met Jeremy and I must say that he is fire! He checked in on us every time and made sure that we were very comfortable, I love that customer service(as a customer, you want to feel comfortable and seen). The place is very unique. I’ve never been here before, but I definitely enjoyed my meal and I am thankful I did come here and I already have a reservation booked for an anniversary in the next couple of days, and a get together with my sisters that are flying in from Texas. The whole atmosphere is pretty cool and nice!

Our server Brianna was wonderful! We would come back JUST for her. We had the chicken and waffle sliders which were delicious and the grilled biscuit was so great we ordered another. The home fries that came with the omelet were a little cold but it doesn't change our rating. We would prefer actual menus vs having to use our phones. We would come back to try some dinner items.

I took my niece here for her Birthday on 12/30/2023.????. The waiter instructed us to order off the App. It took 30 minutes before we could track down -The Host, only to let us know with an attitude that they were backed up & short-staffed ????????. This information was never told to us when we sat down; We are not mind readers. This should have been our first clue that it was going downhill from there.
We waited over 1 hour before we got our food. ????My Chicken wrap had a small piece of chicken on one half with a lot of lettuce- see pic; ????, the Soup looked okay but was thick like Glue- needed to add water - Uneatable. Yuck and they ran out of Milkshakes at 1 pm ????.Smdh. (my niece loves Milkshakes, one of the reasons we went here)
Another reason I stayed was that I saw on your website that they could write messages on the dessert/drink tray. I gave the waiter a message for Happy Birthday for my niece; this was NOT added to the Hot chocolate (only option to order) tray received. Nor did the Hot chocolate look like the one on the Menu, which is in a Mug. We left them there.
Our visit was very disappointing; we will not return.
Staff was sooo friendly and made me feel super confident and comfortable! Virgin bathtub was so sweet and sour at the same time, truly a delicious drink. The pancakes are dense, decadent and fluffy. I’m in love with the atmosphere and the food presentation. I met the owner herself and she is truly the kindest and most beautiful soul i’ve met, and i wish the best for her and the family that owns the brand. Love it here and hope to come back soon.
Well first you get seated at the table and brought a champagne bottle that filled with water that looks like tub water let alone has a tub on it and is warm. Not even cold nor have ice in it or placed in ice to be cold.
Then you have to place you order through ur phone. So now you have everyone on their phones looking to see what they want. No family engagement. You never see a server till your food comes out. The best part. Ordered Steak and eggs and food was horrible. Meat was cold. Ordered medium steak. It cam out on a cast iron skillet with a wooden table. You lift it the bottom was stick and smelled sour. I eat it all the time and it's never cold. Menu said it was prime rib. It was more of a chunk roast. Had a western omelet all the ham and onion where cold. Fruity pepbles French toast extra soggy. The plates had chips of plate missing. For the price you pay for the food you would think you get good food and how the present it. But don't be Deceived by the presentation. Only thing good was the potatoes
Friends and I decided to go to “Place to Be” in Springfield MA, after an event. Atmosphere appeared to be cute and clean, but we had a terrible experience there. 1. no booze was being served ( we think their license got revoked/ they forgot to renew) so most of their drinks were not in stock. Big disappointment. 2. service was the overall the biggest issue. Our server most definitely put in our orders wrong ,we were getting food sent to the table that we didn’t even order. Our drinks came out hot … when we asked for iced, and it took more than 15 min for 2 pepsis to be brought ….”Our food ( for 6 people) made it to the table before our drinks. To give y’all some perspective. Food also was not hot. I personally ordered blueberry pancakes… pancakes were cold , not fluffy, rubbery to cut through and the blueberries were on top…. not in the pancakes themselves…. so wierd. I could have gotten better ones at a dinner. My coffee came out hot , when i asked for it iced but was charged for a hot laté … We were there for a total of 2 hours because service was so slow. Then when paying we were given the option to pay at the register ( probably so our waitress did not have to keep coming back and fourth). Everyone said their food was sub par for the price. There were also little nats/ bugs flying around our food …. will not be returning and I don’t think my friends ever will either. Save your money/ maybe don’t go to this specific location.
My hope is that they work better on staffing and organization between kitchen and server. I felt horrible for the food runners.
This was our first time and I couldn't have been more disappointed. If your coming for a cool insta pic with neon signs and pretty decor, then it might be worth it but they will probably be out of half the drinks you want to order. They have large menu that you are able to see and order only by a qr code. A significant amount of food and drinks were not available. There was 1 server for multiple dining areas. There was 1 bartender who was making the detailed bathtub drinks as well as cleaning tables and helping to seat guests. There was a line waiting to be seated when we left and multiple tables that needed food removed and to be cleaned. The food runner brought the food and we realized we had no silverware. They have a card on the table to put up If you need something but it might as well not have been there at all. We went up to the bartender to get our silverware. I then realized that my chicken and waffle sandwich that should have had bacon and the hot honey on it did not. I kept the sign up but after waiting a while, was hungry and just ate it. Our drinks were also empty and we just wanted tap water. You might have also had to order that through the app but it would have just been nice to talk to someone to get silverware, water and a corrected food item. I should have known how the experience was going to be when I walked through the bar area to the bathroom and my feet stuck to the floor and then went to the bathroom and it was already dirty at 12pm. Not worth the trip, can't recommend. Sidenote: is wheelchair accessible but does not have the button to open the door.
Our experience at this place has been terrible. We arrived at the place and immediately noticed that the tables were not clean and there were almost no servers on the floor. We decided to still give the place a try due to the beautiful pictures we saw of the food served here. We got seated, and the server explained that we needed to order through a qr code, which is already inconvenient enough, but also we had a sign at out table that we had to flip up if we needed assistance. We proceed to order our meal and think it won't take long. We ordered the eggs Benedict on an enligh muffin, and it was quite tasty. It was out within ten minutes. The same can't be said about the rest of our meal, which took over an hour to get. My partner ordered chicken and waffles. He received half a waffle, which was dryer than the Sáhara desert, and two chicken tenders that were lightly tossed in a sauce. The chicken was also dry. We couldn't fathom how that small of a meal could take so long to make. However, it is even more unfathomable that it tasted horrendous. Finally, we ordered the Nutella stuffed French toast, which took another 30 minutes. Once it arrived, it was clear that the bottom of it was burnt, and the French toast wasn't even stuffed with Nutella as promised. After experiencing such inconveniences, we were sure that we would never come back. Apparently, the table next to us had the same idea. They complained to the manager that their food had not arrived after waiting an hour and a half. The guy on the table also complained that his meal was made improperly and the rest of his family didn't receive their meals. He ended up getting his bill paid for by the house. After hearing what had happened, we also complained about the service we received and were told we could get a free milkshake, and that's it. We agreed, not knowing that the milkshake would also take a long time to come out. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I suggest having more staff in the kitchen if you have such a big establishment and not offering such a variety of food. This place is only good if you care about aesthetics, nothing else.
