I have a few things to say about this Pizza Factory location:
1) it does need an interior design update! I wish it felt more warm and welcoming. It looks plain and boring.
2) it smells like sewer SO bad by the bathrooms, which lingers in the building. Not what you want to smell at a restaurant!
Their breadsticks are delicious and the highlight of the meal. They are so softy, doughy, and have such great flavor. The dipping sauce options are great too. We did half Alfredo and half marinara. Their salad bar is fresh and it's a decent size. Their ranch is delicious. We got the garlic chicken pizza and they did not skimp on the toppings. It was very flavorful and enjoyable.
Our waitress was one of the managers and was super accommodating and kind.
Overall, good experience - but pleaseeeee fix the smell!!!!
My recent visit to Pizza Factory was quite enjoyable. The pizza had a good mix of cheese and toppings, providing a tasty experience. The salad bar was decently stocked and maintained although it didn't stand out as much.
The dessert, with a cookie bottom, was a sweet treat, and the efficient service added to the positive atmosphere.
I want to give a special mention to the great drink selection at Pizza Factory. While I didn't have the Raspberry Lemonade on this visit, I've had it before, and it's undeniably good. On this particular visit, I enjoyed the Apple Beer as I always appreciate restaurants that carry it.
The atmosphere is a bit plain and the center room can be a bit loud and echoey, however, Pizza Factory remains a solid choice for those looking for good pizza, great drink options, and an overall enjoyable dining experience!
Love The Pizza Factory. First time being at this location. Easy to see from street with plenty of good parking. It is a little different set up since this is an old home turned into a pizza place. Had a Big group and they really took good care of us. Had a lunch combo, bottomless drink, Premium Salad Bar, Personal Pizza. Flavor Explosion in my mouth. Do not forget the Famous Bread Twists. Sounds like a lot of food, well it is took home extra in a take home box.
The Pizza Factory in Lindon has always been a wonderful place to get lunch or dinner. Their custom-built pasta is fantastic (although the seasoned chicken breast can be a little fatty) and the side Caesar salad is enormous. Then of course there are the famous breadsticks, which are heavenly. The service is also great and the wait was only 10-15 minutes right at 5pm. We will definitely be eating here again.
Oct 28, 2023: visited, friendly staff and food good. Service was fast.
No line or wait to be seated.
The large plate was to much for me, I would have been fine with a small serving.
They do have a dairy free option for those that need it.
I love this restaurant! I went with a big group of friends and had such a pleasant experience. They, like many restaurants, require your entire party to be present to be seated - totally understandable being a server myself. My server was prompt and attentive and obviously did her best. It’s never easy serving a large group, especially when kids are being crazy and spilling drinks but she did AMAZING! The bread twists are always the highlight and the never on sundae. Yum!
The atmosphere is so loud here. Very rambunctious compared to majority of other sit down places- that is not a bad thing it’s just awkward trying to communicate to the host what you’re ordering.
The food is always amazing! We got mini pizzas and they come out blazing hot so wait a few minutes before eating.
The garlic twists are $3 and I’d buy the whole kitchen if it meant I could have them at any given time.
They’re warm and soft and easy to share.
Mini pizzas are $7 each and four slices so it’s easy for a relaxed lunch. They have great lunch deals so always ask your waitress if you’re at a hot time.
The place is so clean and well lit.
I spend roughly $24 here for two people so I am very happy with the pricing, wait times and the food itself!
No the breadsticks aren’t bottomless I so wish they were ????
Pretty good food with pretty good service. I've been to a couple Pizza Factories, and rarely have the same experience, but this location is consistenly okay. The service is quick and friendly, and they were very easy to speak with on the phone when ordering a take out order.
Their creamy pesto sauce and calzone are my favorite things on the menu. The breadtwists are also tasty, fun, and large, but pretty dry. The prices feel very steep for the quality of ingredients and portion sizes they give you.
The interior of this location is very empty. The walls are bare and completely white, and the tables are sort of crammed into various rooms without decoration. Despite the appearance, the food is still prepared well and tastes good, and is accompanied by great service.
