Such a wonderful restaurant! We celebrated my husband's birthday at The Pink Adobe and it was perfection. The food was fabulous and the ambiance was lovely. Rubia was our waitress and she made us feel welcome while providing a top notch and service. Highly, highly recommend it!
I recently visited Pink Adobe in New Mexico and was greeted by a friendly hostess who shared the restaurant’s fascinating history. Due to the windy weather, we were seated indoors in the charming Dragon Room. The ambiance was delightful, and I particularly enjoyed their happy hour offerings from 4-6 pm.
omg where to start!? the food here was superb! i had the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious! the bread they bring you as a starter is very good as well! not to mention, this place is adorable and has a great vibe. our server was very kind, highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to eat with good food!
Perfect weather on a lovely courtyard. The food is delicate and a wonderful eclectic mix of flavors, beautifully presented in pinks and greens.
The dragon room is connected to the Pink Adobe and serves some dinner food as well. Food is great and ingredients are fresh. I love the decor! Drinks are overpriced imo.

Four of us came here for dinner. We started out at the famous Dragon bar next-door and then proceeded to dinner. The service was outstanding. The food was phenomenal. I like things spicy and they brought me a spicy little habanero sauce that kicked everything up nicely. The clams Lucifer could be the best clams I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m looking forward to coming back here regularly.
For a special evening, this is the place to choose. An incredible dining experience. Start at the Dragon Bar. I had the spicy margarita. Delightful! Look at the old architecture. Enjoy the atmosphere. We had dinner in a room next to a fireplace. Old Mexican everywhere. Lovely! The Plata Mexicano has a sampling of everything and wonderful. Presentation is perfection! Wait staff extremely efficient and welcoming. We did not want the evening to end. Be sure to make reservations if going for dinner. For this Tennessee girl, everything was 5 star!
