I have put off writing a review here for years since it's local. After receiving more pink burgers last week I couldn't hold my tongue. I don't know if you intend to sell pink burgers from a fast food joint, but I find that rather gross. Even back when my daughter was eating kids burgers they were pink. I couldn't eat mine last Thursday and I had to air fry it the next day. My daughter stopped eating hers when there was a section of meat that was more raw then cooked. Also what's up with the drinks having way too much ice. We have drank our sodas and then go to the bathroom to dump half the ice before getting a refill. At these new prices I want a drink worth drinking on and food that's edible. Great tasting food, but the burgers need to be cooked through at fast food places! Also the only thing I don't recommend is the Cajun seasoned chicken tenders, it's awful. Throw in the trash awful. The plain and garlic Parmesan chicken tenders is spot on.
We didn't get shredders this time. But many times in the past the ice cream is about an inch below the cup.
My head is spinning this place is so wonderful. Joshua the manager just radiates warmth and kindness like the sun. The restaurant is charming, the food delicious. And the staff is delightful. Such an extraordinary asset to this community. Brilliant. A godsend. A real gem.Thank you. James
The food is good. I like the small town feel it has. However, the last couple times I’ve ordered they messed up my meal. I asked for double meat and cheese on my burger and I got two burgers instead. I went there again and asked for the same thing and the server repeated it back correctly but I got a different burgers after pick up.
We moved here a few months ago and have visited several times for lunch and dinner at various times. It’s fast food, but it’s fast food that actually tastes good. Never disappointed with the variety of orders we’ve placed. It’s become a favorite for our family of 5. Highly recommend everything on the menu! We love that they feature monthly special menu items too.
We are big DQ fans, but the shredders at Pine Cone beat the blizzards by a mile ... because of the Pine Cone staff. The tastes are pretty equal, but the staff makes them just the way you want with huge smiles, personality plus, and unequaled efficiency. Highly recommended for that snack you are craving.
I have lived in bayfield for 5 years and this place plain SUCKS ! I’ve ordered huge orders for 10+ people and had small Orders for 2 and no matter what everything is messed up , and when you go inside , the workers have always been rude never wanting to fix and having an excuse as to what they put in the system versus what you said . Very sad establishment . Especially when you have workers out back right by my daughters cheer building waiting to go in and on the front entrance people smoking cigarettes!!! Get it together pine come !
It's attached to a gas station, so it was awkward finding the drive thru at night, but they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The regular french fries were awesome, and the garlic parmesan fries, cheeseburger, and chili dog were okay. The customer service was great, though. We didn't go inside the establishment, so I can't comment on that.
I've had a few bad experiences here. One time I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese wasn't it melted it was still cold on the inside. I spent about $20 last time I was there and the food wasn't very good my burger wasn't great and my onion rings tasted like old fryer grease that hadn't been changed in a while it made me pretty sick.
