Best KPortal Reviews
My favorite little coffee and brunch spot in the area. Inside the table service us amazing and the staff are always so friendly and happy to help. I love the shakshouka for brunch, both the beef and vegetarian lasagna are both flavorful and it’s hard to decide between the two. The pastries are all amazing, the fresh squeezed juices are well balanced and the salads are tasty and filling, and appropriately balanced with dressing, my favorite is the beetroot. Oh and who can forget the delicious wines, they offer a lovely selection of wines to pair with you lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to go back and try some more of the menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch!
Good atmosphere, good food good people but nothing exceptional. And prices are OK (not very pricy but higher than I expected) assuming because of location.
This was a real gem. We found it after a night of plane travel on our way to our Airbnb. Our waitress was so pleasant. The food was perfect. Not overdone. Delicately prepared. Very tasty. They were playing soft jazz. Great atmosphere. A great find. ????
Great for a quick lunch!
Very friendly and generous staff, offered me an extra meatball when I told them I didn't want the sweet potato mash which normally comes with my meal (see pictures).
In total, my main and "Apple, Orange, Carrot and Mint juice" came to £15. I feel it is fairly priced given the fast & friendly service combined with the location (right by Maida Vale station).
I would feel comfortable bringing my kids here, there are tables by the side with comfortable seating. There are a few tables outside which are nice too.
Food quality wise, the salad was fresh and the meatballs nicely warmed up. Personally I felt that the salad could have used a little more seasoning and the meatballs were a little peppery. By all means it was enjoyable, just not the best I've had.
There is WiFi available at the café.
I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette and I didn't know you could make such a dry and tasteless omelette 'til coming here. Truly awful I couldn't eat it. For £7.90 I expected much better. The juice wasn't great either for £4.50 and it just tasted of cucumber water. Disappointing. The coffee was good however. Maybe stick to that and avoid the food.
Lovely food and service! Local place and our go to for breakast!
Just moved to London and found this amazing spot for the freshest, tastiest and healthiest food! I’m a regular already. The staff is so friendly and chill. I hope this place never closes!!
Had a good salad for £8.7 with, on one side, broccoli, red pepper, apple and pine nuts and, on the other side, beetroot with caramelized goat's cheese and walnuts. The beetroot was really good, but the broccoli was a bit boring. The cappuccino was good.
