The Peninsula New York

Although under renovation, the service of the hotel is always amazing. The spa is extraordinary and the overall comfort is simply wonderful. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The hotel is discreet in the New York City but the location is still the best. We will stay again.

No detail overlooked. Pure luxury with outstanding service. Amazing amenities including a great lounge and top notch rooms service. We used the spa for massages and spent time in the pool area and well appointed gym. Can’t wait to go back soon.

We once again stayed at the Peninsula for our son's birthday over Christmas. Of all the luxe hotels we have stayed in in Manhattan for staycations, the Peninsula consistently has the most outstanding service and we have very high standards all of which were not only met but exceeded. This was our 6th stay over the past year and a half and we will can't wait for our next stay as we plan to return again soon. What is particularly great about the hotel is that it is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family vacation or business, catering to all three types of clients with excellence. While a stay there is fabulous it is particularly wonderful to stay there during Christmas, Easter and Chinese New Year, as they make the hotel even more magical during for the holidays. The location is the best. It was a winter wonderland. We loved the Victorian carolers, the sweet shoppe, Santa visits and the secret fairyland. Decorations were divine. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful spa pool, breakfast and Christmas eve dinner at Clement . The staff and management are elegant, joyous detailed oriented lovely people taking every opportunity to make our stay special. We wish to particularly thank Rolf Buehlmann the spectacular manager and his wonderfulteam, including Felice and Gabriel and Mario at Clement; Denise at the Spa desk; Ryan at the concierge desk, and Asa. We also wish to thank the head of room service during the day who went out of her way to make my son smile during a difficult moment, I forgot her name (apologies) and all of the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge team. Housekeeping does a excellent job and the hotel was immaculate as always. Thank you for making another Christmas so wonderful for our son. The Peninsula is a place for great memories.

Arguably the best experience we’ve had at hotel before. Service was excellent from start to finish. Super clean. Very high quality. Multiple visits throughout the day to refresh our room. We will 100% come back because they treat their guests to the highest standard. No detail left unnoticed.

Very kind front desk staff who sent my husband a small birthday cake because I mentioned that it was his 70th. Birthday. Nice surprise. Room lovely and quiet and very large bathroom. This is a very quiet hotel, which we love but others might not enjoy so much. Centrally located.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience, characterized by the friendliness and courteous treatment extended by the staff. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

Haven't actually stayed at this hotel, but I'm building furniture on all floors as part of renovation. From what I've seen and speaking with staff members, the customer service must be extraordinary. I would try it once even though it's really pricey.

The Peninsula NY is Beaux -Arts property. I was so impressed with it's chandeliers, marble floors, staircases, splendid columns and soaring ceilings. It is centerfold to the city's fabulous shopping, entertainment and attractions. I relished my Grand Luxe room with oversized windows affording natural light and splendid views of 5th Avenue and luxuriated in a marbleized bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The Clement serves up a fresh contemporary menu with a powerhouse breakfast of Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict and the like......I settled for Bacon & Eggs....very satisfying. The Gotham bar & lounge is perfect for afternoon tea, an enhanced cocktail program and desserts. Salon de Ning is a seasonal rooftop bar serving world-class cocktails along with dramatic cityscape views. The Spa is one of the Peninsula's sumptuous assets and paired by a full-fledged gym and inviting pool providing an elevated wellness facility for hotel guests.||So, if luxe accommodations, a knockout spa and sterling service are your desire........................then try the.........Peninsula NY............an exceptional hospitality experience.
