I was so surprised to find this place relatively empty at lunch time. Their sandwiches are fantastic! The staff is friendly! And the bread was fresh!
The Cuban was great, I added mustard, but the pork was perfectly roasted. The Wolfcreek which is like a club sandwich was perfect on Rye! What a gem of a sandwich shop, can't wait to eat there again!
The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! Highly recommend stopping by! They have gluten free options which was a huge bonus for us.
DELICIOUS! Great lil deli with excellent signature sandwiches- we got a VRock, Navaho, and a Banded Peak - and we all loved them! Attentive service, cute lil eat-in space, right on Main Street.
The Peak Deli is fantastic! I was in town for a week and got lunch here every single day because of how addictive the sandwiches are. The Pagosa Peak, Wolf Creek, and Cubano are delicious. Make sure you get a slice of the peanut butter pie as well.
This is a great sandwich shop! Fresh meat, cheeses and breads. We came after the lunch crowd and were greeted with a smile. We're on the road and did not want "road food" just good, not greasy or overly processed, food. The Pike Deli was perfect! I had the Albacore Tuna and my partner had a Veggie sandwich! Couldn't be more satisfied! We'll be back - as we love Pagosa Springs!❤️
This is a small deli on the corner that we enjoyed so much! I got the Jackson mountain which tasted like a monte Crisco! Rocky and Patrick helped us out and we’re super friendly and patient with us! Definitely a must try! They have breakfast and lunch. Thank you for the great food and service!!
