For fish and chips in Grimsby it is difficult to beat The Peabung on Freeman Street market. Excellent food, superb friendly service and at a very reasonable price.
Really great food: taste wise and choices available. Friendly StaffWould advise to book a table ahead, especially on a Friday and Weekend. Definitely recommend.

The only fish and chippy the fish does nt have that fishy smell beautiful white fresh fish crispy batter and lovely chips
We stopped at the takeaway section for a quick bite to eat. The service was very fast and the food was good for the value. The mushy peas stood out for me as it was probably the best I’ve had. If around the area will try the restaurant next time.
