I enjoy the experience at the Parlor! My barber I always use is Ms Noris, been with here since I found the place five years ago! My brother also gets his haircut here too. They take good care of you here! Also Ms Noris is really good at remembering faces and what’s been up as well as your haircut style!
Was looking for a place to get a trim at the last second a day before new years eve and was able to get accomadated by this establishment. Got the haircut I wanted and was taken cared of better than I had anticipated or expected. Would come here again Anna took care of me so I recommend to try and set up an appointment with her.
I walked in at 4:10 pm, one barber cutting hair for one customer,no one else there, and she refused, said she had no time for any more walk in business today - ? Hours posted sa, open until 7 p.m. - ?? Thanks for your complete lack of courtesy and professionalism- too rude to make it worth the trouble to try again, recommend look elsewhere for better service.
Top quality haircut and customer service. I got my first haircut there some years ago and I haven't gotten my haircut anywhere else since. Mr Nghia and his wife work hard and make you feel at home, and will remember everything you tell them.
While you wait you they'll offer you a beverage, and the haircut you get is top notch. They’ll put a hot towel on your face while washing your hair and so a straight edge shave of your face and neck with hot wax. I’d highly recommend trying them for your next haircut. Keep in mind it's appointment only.
I've been coming here about a year and a half, and boy, I'm glad I found this place! If you want a superb haircut and/or a beard trim, this is the place. Every time I go I'm amazed at how good my hair looks. The same goes for my beard (which is only a few months old). The attention to detail is incredible. If you decide to go, do call and make appointments as they are generally busy, but I've never had to wait longer than my appointment time. You won't regret your experience!
I went in for a basic "shape-up" haircut, nothing complicated. I called just before they opened at 9, and was able to basically walk in for a cut.
Had a nice cup of coffee, the barber was pleasant and very attentive to my hair. Was glad to get it washed afterwards (no hair all over me all day), which was pretty relaxing as well. Shave was nice too.
Overall I was impressed with the relaxing atmosphere and quality of the cut. Price was slightly higher than your standard barber, but worth it in my opinion.
Followed Nora here from another place. Other place is closer to where I live, but she does a great job. Only once in the past I don't know how many years has someone else cut my hair.
I did read the comments about needing an appointment and how some folks are turned off by that. Me, I love it. Make an appointment for a time, show up and most of time, in the chair at your time or shortly thereafter. No more showing up to a packed room with an hour or longer wait.
Excellent experience. While on a business trip in San Antonio, I called at 10am on a Tuesday and was able to get a same-day appointment for 12pm. Nhieu Ho cut my hair exactly as I requested. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a high-quality executive hair cut for $30. I was very satisfied. Regarding previous negative ratings from those who have complained about an 'appointments-only' policy, the Parlour's current business cards read: 'Appointments recommended...Walk-ins always welcome.' I plan to use the Parlour again. Highly recommend.
